This is absolutely divine. I did it with back slightly propped up on my bed, back supported inclined on pillows, with a pillow under knees & sitting bones on a heating pad. It was glorious!! Thank you so much for this gift!

does having a bathroom near make you go more and it benefits us to learn to relax and not run because the urge passes.
@vibrantpelvichealth

If your bladder is full then I encourage you to empty it before meditating or doing any type of relaxation exercise! >> However, if you find yourself going too frequently or going “just in case” that can become a bad habit. It can create hypersensitivity in the bladder and issues with urinary urgency and frequency. In that case, it’ll benefit you to learn to relax and not run to the bathroom-wait until the urge passes.

Hello! Can you give ideas for ani levator syndrome? I've peeled away the abdominal spasms, and relaxed the anal sphincter, but that is torment and closes up everything.

@vibrantpelvichealth I'm asking YOU. If my Healthcare provider knew anything, I wouldn't be looking online. I asked for IDEAS about the syndrome, not treatment.

My pelvic pain/tension playlist is an excellent place to start, @@lw6138 ...And my mind-body-pelvic floor connection will give you information that can help understand the connection between the mind and body (i.e. the relationship between stressors, emotions, and pelvic pain/tension issues such as levator ani syndrome). So dating back to 7 months ago I started having feelings of not emptying my bladder completely, or feelings like there was pee stuck in urethra. There was also some pain or a burning sensation, as well as numbness . I’ve tried tamsulosin and saw palmetto. They helped but hardly at all. Then the doctor had me test for a stricture with a urethagram, which I’m very upset about because that was beyond painful and unnecessary. Months later I found I had a severe vitamin D deficiency, which I’ve seen can cause weak pelvic floor and urinary issues. I’ve been on vitamin D for 8 weeks now, and urinating is easier, but there’s still some irritability, and still some dripping after I feel I’ve emptied my bladder. I feel this whole time it was probably from having a weak pelvic floor from the low vitamin D, and I think that urethagram procedure made it worse. I’ve luckily come across your videos, and have done some routines for a few days for male pelvic floor, and it’s already making a difference. There is some pain still after anything sexual, and I still have drippage post urinating. Even after urinating, it still feels numb and tense. Are all these normal symptoms from a weak pelvic floor? And how long does it take to fully recover a weak pelvic floor? Thanks for the vids!

It seems like hypertonic one. I gain Life quality with specialized fisiotherapy. With also vaginal laser and botox infiltrations on trigger points. Now im waiting for my Next threatment with indiba. When you find the cause there is two years to complete the recovery as some papers that i read says.
