I'm so sorry about that. Plastic parts in plumbing drive me crazy specifically for this reason. Everything we own in our home is at the mercy of some cheap plastic parts. So glad you are on your way back. Your videos have been great!

Having just finished restoring our garage/rumpus (where I keep my drums) after a flood in January I totally feel you on the stress (though I imagine its an order of magnitude higher when its a whole studio). Glad you're back!

I'm so happy that you guys are on the up and up with the studio yeah?. I'm heartbroken for you guys, but your strength to keep going is exactly what us drummers do for life. We lower through the struggles and prevail no matter what for our love for drums and music.

I know how you feel, my drum room in the basement flooded in july 2021, due to insurance company subcontractors screwing up and making it 10 times worse, it's still not fixed - only beeen able to use a practice pad since then as it's still way too wet down there (after the recent storms) to put drums in - they would warp to hell -plus there is no floor now! So now over 2 years and no accessible kit :( Hopefully sorted in the next few months ... fingers crossed. But Gad you are sorted.
