I did not find many home made dry cured corned beef videos on RU-vid and thought I would post up one for St Patricks day! Granted you will not have time to cure one by the time this video is released, but for future reference you can! I made this dish using the Anova Precision Oven to help hold the corned beef at the same temperature while the vegetables cooked and it worked perfect! cooking at this time and temp produces a more steak like texture, not falling apart tender, so if you want that texture you can either cook it at a longer time and lower temperature like 155f for 36 hours, or the 185f for 10-12 hours.
