II have a problem with my DRZ 400 S app 400 SM when I put on the key the coil lets out of spark but when I go to hit the start button is no spark I jumped already the clutch wire and I jumped already the size stand switch would you guys think
Greetings From Honduras. I am having the same problem. 10 minutes after I replaced the starter motor. I was Like WTF? Because the moto was working ok. And it happened All of a sudden! 😩 No I dont KNOW whats wrong with it. Is it cdi? Wires too old?
Always start spark troubleshooting with the simple things first. Have you replaced spark plug? Try disconnecting the kill switch from the harness and see if you get spark back.
@@ChristianLopez-cs3fb check All the wires are All In good Shape. Change the spark. Replace the starter motor. Check the voltage rectifier. Check the Mitsubishi CDI Is ok. Check the engine killer button Is not activated. :D
Renzo Koudijs that’s correct. This only applies if you put a new aftermarket stator in and it doesn’t fix your problem. I would look into your safety switches, coil, and kill switch. CDI hardly ever go bad on these things.
Renzo Koudijs these things are known for bolts backing out inside the stator cover and bolt destroys the stator. Might be worth pulling the side cover off and just taking a look at the stator to see if it has any damage on it
The CDI is making a buzzing noise, do you know something about that? The stator seems OK, did an recistance check with multimeter on the plug, didn't got the cover off
