Does an unsafe move, gets blocked and punished. "Couldn't block". That is one of the most fundamental mechanics of any fighting game.

So, how exactly does one "spam super." Last I checked, super moves are EXTREMELY limited based on one's energy gauge. He just says words to try and distract from his lack of general skill.

In tekken you can only do "super" once a round and only when your health is below 20%, you literally can't spam it. So yeah, he's just talking out his ayss yet again.

he often seems to indicate that he thinks "counter hit" is a property of some moves, he does this in every fighting game, I don't think he knows what a counter hit actually is

Yeah, whoever he's playing he literally just spams that character's hellsweep and a small assortment of random moves, with no concern over frames, and then gets mad when his 30 frame -24 on block hellsweep gets counter hit or block punished
