His disgusting smugness after Rellana. "was she supposed to be hard or something?" Yet when he can't win in a few tries he is extremely salty and rages against the devs. This is why he's so insufferable. He has to rub his victory in everyone's face and refuse any responsibility for his failures.
Agreed. If he loses it's the game's fault because it has 'imput lag, bs hitboxes, camera issues'. But when he wins it's his pure skill and not because he's using an OP build.
He makes it so obvious when he's looked up a guide to cheese a fight. He's not tilted at all, or getting salty, or angry, he's making stupid jokes and doing silly voices, because he knows it just 'when' not 'if' on him eventually winning.
The only thing worse than a sore loser is a smug winner. Don’t know who this dude is or why this is in my recommended list but this guy seems awful. Not a great impression.
I love it because he has to live with the worry of saying something he shouldn’t know and always second guessing himself if his audience is onto him or not. He has to feign conviction of not knowing something he does or faking to learn something he was already taught. He has to act like he came up with the bouncy ball joke on the fly. There’s a reason he looks like a melted cheese grater candle wax lump, a presidential after portrait. It’s stress. There’s a reason he’s over explaining. Why he sounds like he has no conviction in the words he’s using. And the best part is he thinks people need 100% solid evidence to know he’s lying, when it couldn’t be further from reality. No one else can have a perception and he’s the mc xD 🧀
7:40 - 8:03 Phil gets hit with fire. Refuses to roll due to has crippling addiction to facetanking and gets hit again knocking him back. Proceeds to roll back into the fire to get hit and knocked down. Heals twice then swings at nothing due to the delay in his brain as the boss is flying away. Swings again as the boss flies right into him, hitting him of coarse. PHil starts mad spamming R2 and misses. While PHil is still spamming R2 boss flies up, Phil swings at air and the boss finishes him off with a flame breath. PHil then spams excuses as always. These 23 seconds is DSP in a nutshell. Stupid!
This is the same person who was used as an example by Sony devs on how to design puzzle sections to be easy And immersive. Did you really expect any different? 😂
He really is very easy to dislike. It's just a game but the amount of smugness he displays from using a cheap tactic to win at it is quite impressive. And he wonders why he has so many trolls.
He just doesn't have to act that way. He always rants almost daily about how "No matter what I do, its not right. Everything I do I get shit on but other streamers do the same thing and don't get any trolling" Yeah cause they just do it, with DSP if he does it you're gonna get gloating and smugness and rubbing it in and also putting down others who didn't do it.
How can other streamers do the same.rhing when he makes a point of doing the opposite of other streamers, ad we all.know piggy is different and not like other streamers.
IMO the biggest problems for this guy are his attitude, laziness, greed, toxicity, hypocrisy, immaturity and dishonesty. He has no shame at all and he lacks of any sort of awareness. He also has no guilt at all for doing something wrong. You can find literately every negative things about human on this guy. The good part is that he is a coward and he has no power in real life.
DSP's top tips to not be a scrub: Level 160. Equip best armour in the game. Use only colossal weapons. 15 Healing Flasks. Jump + R2. Facetank everything. Don't learn the boss moveset.
Remember, the bosses aren't even hard except for the things that make them hard! And that DSP would be able to beat them if it wasn't for the thing that makes them difficult to beat!
buddy, with everyone rage quitting and review bombing the dlc. having dsp as a shaming tool to get gud is what the industry needs. builds are literally your choice. people wanted to steam roll the dlc while forgetting that everyone was speed running getting the Op weapons to progress through the game when the game was new. and are we going to pretend most players don't have a maxed out moonveil and RoB in their inventory?
It'd be one thing if he just went "Oh that was easy. Dunno what all the fuss is about." or something, despite cheesing it. But no. He had to go overboard and gloat about it for like 5 minutes. That one moment where he feels powerful, he rides til he can't anymore.
You can immediately tell when he's cheated and looked up a guide to cheese because the salt levels drop to nil and he's all cracking jokes and cheerful. He knows he's going to win because he's looked up the answer, so it's just a matter of time. Not 'if' but 'when'. He's not tilted like he would be if he hadn't looked up a guide.
'guIsE WaS THAt SuPpOseD tO Be haRD???? *snort'* that was super easy with this super busted move and my super OP hammer right???' he has the intellect of a 12yo.
It’s so pointless for him to play RPGS… he always looks up guides and build and powerful weapons/armor/potions. I don’t even know why ppl show up to his streams? It’s def a good reason for ppl not to and why he doesn’t get no new viewers…
@@YerpDerp17 frankly that's how he got the hate. there's plenty ragers out there, but dsp will be super smug and arrogant while taking shots at everyone with a shit eating grin
He does it with every "hard" boss in souls-style games (read: hard as in people doing it at the generally expected level) while being 2 to 3 times more powerful and using some op or cheese build. It's always the same "peepul are saying this is a tough/difficult boss? I don't think so" comment while ending it with some smug laugh. I'd actually love to see him attempt to do a challenge run like some streamers are currently doing (no leveling or upping the scadutree level for example), since he's apparently so good at the game.
"Placidusaxs head is on his back!!!!" I love it when Phil lies and tries to act because hes even worse at it than he is at life, video games, and managing money. It reminds me of the time when a viewer asked him "who are the placeholders?" And he pretended he had no idea 🤣🤣🤣
Yep. And sleeping with your stepdaughter too. Not to mention. Will Smith was banned from the Oscars and his reputation plummet, he did suffer quite a bit, specially with how pretentious he and Jayda actually are.
He found an OP weapon and R2 jump attacked everything, if any other streamer did this you know he would call them. Remember when he said i am not like other streamers that use one weapon the whole game.
He genuinely doesn't have to shit talk others, but somehow he can't help himself and he has to put others down how they play. I think thats why everyone gets on his case about how he plays and puts him to a higher standard as he creates it by acting like he's better than these other streamers he loathes so much but I dont get why he loathes them, they're just doing their thing and it's not harmful.
@@Clamfaced In Phil's mind, all of the people who are fans of other streamers, should be his fans. Therefore, giving HIM their money and no one else. That's all it comes down to.
this man annoys the piss out of me. he spends the whole time complaining about that death knight guy and that lion, he kept dying to them but when he does beat them he acts all high and mighty as if he is a god at these games. case in point when he just beat rellana and gets all egotistical just because he beat a boss.
People are saying that the armor helps but I can promise you it makes almost no difference. I've been alternating fashion and big boy armors and it only really matters against the smaller mobs. Big bosses are going to kill you with a few meaty hits.
"i made a build that is incredibly good" Did you phil? Or did a dent in chat tell you about the build and the hammer too? Because i was on RawPhils stream when it happenes. He told you the EXACT amounts of stats you need and you even double checked the dex requirements and all. So no you did not MAKE a build.
@@akilomari4973 there is no skill involved, he's literally brute forcing his way through the game. No dodging, no learning enemy patterns, just jump and spam heavy attack (which do insane damage and outset the slowness of his weapon) over and over until boss RNG (as in, which moves it does) is favourable.
It's how he always plays any game though. This is what he always wants to do, just facetank and brute force his way through without actually learning anything. The dude hates video games, so he wants to go where the fence it at it's lowest and see the win screen then gloat as if he did something.
Other than being an incredible character, Egon's summon doesn't actually increase the bosses stats. If he summons for Radahn, and I know because I've tried due to Ansbach and Thollier needing to be summoned for their questline, those do increase the bosses stats. Seeing as Ansbach does no damage and Thollier doesn't even enter the boss room half the time, I really hope he at least tries it and gets pummelled as punishment for trying. Then again, that assumes he actually does Ansbach and Thollier's questlines instead of rushing through as always.
@@deltaphazon4688 Igon makes the bossfight a joke. I beat the boss alone first, struggled for a bit, and then went back on my save and summoned for the questline and got it first try. He's nigh immortal, completely busted summon, kind of like Bernahrl.
Couldn't beat any boss with his old cheese build, complained how hard the game has gotten, looked up a new cheese build, and now saying how easy the bosses are while gloating is pathetic.
Hey Phil, would you say Rellana was easier than that one boss in Kirby and the Forgotten Lands? Ya know, the one that made you rage quit and uninstall a child's game?
He’s taking no damage barely. He definitely started a new game for the dlc. On NG+6 2hits from Rellana has me teetering on the brink, and I usually die because the third hit comes so fast. This dude is a total sucka.
I've been looking forward to this as well LOL. The wild boss movement plus the small arena is gonna make his brain bleed. Definitely gonna be a "stoopid cameruh" kinda fight.
Here’s the thing about Phil, when he’s offline he constantly looking at guides and cheeses so he doesn’t look like a scrub. I garuntee that not only did he look up the perfect build for this fight but he probably watched guides and memorized all of the bosses moves beforehand.
btw...this isnt the boss thats harder than malenia. Its the last boss of the DLC. Which will be nerfed by the time phil gets his stalling ass there. Then he'll talk shit about how amazing he is when he beats the weaker version.
That would be kinda poetic, didn't the exact same thing happenened with Scarscourge Radhan in the base game ? (As in, he stalled so long the boss got nerfed hy the time he fought him ?) 😅
Remember he hasnt beaten one fromsoftware game without either overleveling, using some cheap build/armor set like havels or have stream chat walk him through the game
17:35 "Im accidentally getting a second swing when I do the slam. Notice he's doing a follow up swing. I'm not doing that. Its reading it as a double input for some reason." Holds his controller up and starts pressing the inputs on said slam. "Ooooooooooh! You can only press it once." I swear he is brain dead. Most ignorant person to ever pick up a controller.
The shear amount of guide following and cheesing here is super pathetic. There’s nothing wrong with consulting help if you need it in a game, but for someone claiming to be a professional gamer while gloating about how “easy” it is just awful. Most of the information he keeps spitting out about placidusax heads is obviously gather off of somewhere like twitter beforehand, as there is no way in hell he could remember something like that while forgetting almost entire games less than a year after finishing them. For someone who always gets mad with things like people spamming and playing dumb in Street Fighter, it’s really pathetic to try and morally grand stand while doing the same crap on something like Elden Ring.
The whole Placidusax affair was so outrageous. I'm pretty into the lore of From's games, this one included, and I'm familiar with the connection between Bayle and Placidusax, and this video is the first time I've noticed the heads. Phil couldn't care less about these games or their stories, seeing as how he forgets everything about them approximately 5 minutes after facetanking the final boss, yet somehow on his first encounter with this new boss (one of the hardest I've encountered so far imo), he instantly notices the heads and somehow recalls Placidusax's weird ass name and the fact that he is missing heads. There's just no way in hell that he didn't just see that online somewhere while looking through his various guides that he pretends not to read.
How could anyone actually watch this guys stream. He literally complains and makes excuses every single time an action is made in the fight. This guy is insufferable
DSP gloating about cheesing, I am sure he will talk about it on his podcast and say how its a legit build as it's in the game and it is not cheesing. I would love if his cheese gets patched as he will cry about it so much
"Double-tapping" is a cute way to put it lol. It's mashing, Phil. What you're used to is mashing. If I had a nickel for every Punish Counter that Phil gets hit with in SF6, I could buy a private jet.
*watches other people's tutorials, other people's builds, stays up all night making sure he can't possibly get his ass beat by the boss* "look guys it was super easy! don't know why the person in the videos who i watched to prep for this boss say it was hard, easiest win in the game dood!"
God it’s like clockwork. He gives any boss in pretty much any game like around three or four tries before he gradually gets more and more salty. He’s the most impatient gamer I’ve ever seen. If he’s not making constant progress he starts whining about something being a waste of time or having poor pacing. All because he wants to finish all games ASAP and move on to something else. Assembly line gaming.
DSP swears he's getting actions without pressing any inputs, he's been saying that for years in different games, then he exposes himself live on stream by showing he's pressing the button twice, and wonders why nobody believes him.
