The Heritage Collection is on point, despite the fact they couldn't get away with making bank on the community made restored content for KOTOR 2 unlike in The Battlefront Classic Collection, where they did get away with it. The XBOX DLC for SWBF Classic Collection is actually community made. They do kinda compensate by adding a special in game menu for KOTOR 2, which let's you do a myriad of things. From a simple insta heal all the way to generating credits and most if not every item in the game. And of course so much more, like straight up God and hologram mode. The last one being a God send because the game's stores have random inventory, not to mention even the loot is random. Even key loot. For example: There's a character named Luxa who, thanks to the special menu, I found out has a custom blaster. In the 4 playthroughs I've done, the character never dropped said blaster. Actually, if it wasn't for said menu, you wouldn't get a fraction of the items the game has to offer in a single playthrough. The only pet peeve I have for the KOTOR 2 port being that cutscenes are louder than the game's audio. it's not that they hit him with we don't care. in their terms of service it mentions that refunds are allowed. However he states that on his paypal refunds are not allowed. Which goes against their terms of service. they can basically go "wtf are you on it is allowed are you breaking TOS? Then ban"

Also the frequency of chargebacks he seems to be receiving is definitely not good for him, doesn't matter who's in the right. I would be absolutely surprised if he doesn't already have all his incoming funds put on holds.

This is the same thing he tried with Snorklax King, and PayPal took the side of the the charge backs. He can't just say "no refunds" and have it mean anything when PayPal's own ToS allows refunds. Phil is falsely representing this, and him saying they'll prosecute just shows us how stupid he really is.
If he wins every single chargeback anyway he kind of doesn't have a case, since he can't prove that the culprits are "stealing" his actual money away from him permanently, but rather withholding transitory money he hasn't received yet.

The $50 tipper Waffins did troll donations to Ethan Ralph (on Rumble) but I don't think he charged those back - it was just to get Ralph to play idiotic videos on his dying stream. He also sometimes donates to the Kino Casino (on Kick) to play DSP troll songs. The Kino Casino has recently hailed DSP as a king for "felting" (basically means owning) Nick Rekieta and ReviewTechUSA, so I'm not sure if he hates Phil and will chargeback, or he's legitimately giving him money. Chargebacks would be funnier but I don't really know his agenda, he's a mysterious figure in "the sektur" (don't ask).

No this is the proper process: Take the money, thank them for the tip without mentioning chargebacks, and have some savings so even if it gets chargedback, it's not a big deal. All streamers deal with chargebacks but Phils the only one that brings it up.
