Excellent video. Took me less than five mins to adjust mine. Just note the manual stipulates a maximum extended length so just measure to check in spec. Also good to hold the rear of extender against the back of the gear change lever as you tighten up the screw half way down the linkage...so everything is straight.
My 2020 950s has a similar configuration and the manual is no help. It says to loosen the nut & bolt when you need to remove it! Thanks for solving the mystery with your video.
@@ThePrybra07 Loving the bike especially now that I lowered the gear and brake levers. Super comfortable to ride. Plenty of usable power for the road. Almost ready for my 600 mile service and only a week old..lol...thanks again.
thanks for this, i'm 6'2 and that fucking thing was killing me! edited to also note, this is hands down the best bike i have ever owned...and i've had bikes like the sv1000 fjr1300 etc.
Good man! A little disappointed Ducati can't get this stuff right in the manual. What a bike though. I hope you're enjoying yours as much as I am mine!!
Braden Pryor looks like you've still got the cat? Save up for the full Akra if you haven't got it already, sounds ridiculously good! Although I must admit a little over priced.
Thanks for the upload. Is it possible to reverse the gears without replacing any parts? I want to click down on the upshifts as I am used to for easier exits out of the corners.
I'm not sure about that I've never read anything about that on this specific bike. I wouldn't do it I doubt that would have any noticable effect on your speed.
Hello there, thanks for this video man, much appreciated. I was also thinking about those small disappointing issues. It's a shame such a company cannot get a manual right. About the bike : It's a good hmm a very good bike but not a great one. Tested a 2018 S1000RR 2 weeks ago. Day & Night guys, really. i'm not complaining i know it's a 6K more budget bike but damn how come they cannot provide a reliable manual, a Ducati logo that does not flee away 2 FUCKIN days after getting the bike (the one on top of the headlights), and a working stop light ? Mine is always on thanks to a failure with a sensor...
Braden Pryor My super sport s is not driven a lot and it seems to have fowld plugs .... I have taken the bike apart , is the spark plug wire just pulled out ?? It seems to be tough to pull , I don’t want to damage it
