Rip to Tim Grounds. I absolutely love these old videos. It takes me back to a when I was a kid in the blind with my dad. Love it. Such a cook video with 2 legends in it.

Have you noticed how many ducks are in these times that they made early videos and compare with the newer duck commander videos. There are so many few ducks.

Phil looks so much like Jase does, or did a few years back! Phil's hair is so dark and Jase doesn't really have a full man beard yet. So cool to see.

For those wondering why Phil bites the ducks head. My grandpa also taught me that practice when I was a young boy as a way to kill the duck quickly and *humanely* without shooting it again and risk destroying the meat or trophy. It's a common practice among old school Louisiana duck hunters, even now in my early 30's i keep this practice alive. It gets you some funny looks but it's no doubt effective.

When i was 13 my grandfather took me duck hunting. Great blind he built n all. He was a lifer. But we get set up , he gives me the run down. And then dies of a hart attack. Closest i ever got to duck hunting. It just messed me up some way. I chose rabbit n deer. I just could never get in a duck blind again.
