good aimers don't need to convert sensitivity from game to game, because they can perform well on any sens. Therefore, they usually just feel it out on game to game basis as different games play well on different sensitivities anyway. Most good players wouldn't for example play the same sens in fortnite as they would in CS. It's also worth noting that having the same cm/360 will feel different depending on your in-game FOV and aspect ratio
