DXC Technology, an IT giant based in the United States of America, has put a few Indian students under pressure. Reason? Delayed onboarding of freshers.
Engineering graduates from across India, who secured their placements in this IT giant company in 2022 have been waiting for the onboarding for nearly one-and-a-half years now!
Rahul Das, the Central Secretariat Member, from All India IT and ITeS Employees' Union (AIITEU), speaks about why this happened. He also mentions that not only DXC, but other companies such as Accenture, Wipro and so on are following the same norm.
