I love techland for their continued support on the Dying Light series, it's so awesome to still have new content for a single-player game even if it's only some new weapons and outfits.

I just started the game for the first time. I really wished we had actual guns in the game or nexus allowing us to create our own world with dying light. I understand the way dying light II was developed in a different format VS dying light but I really miss having firearms in an amazing idea.. even a mission builder/ map maker would be so amazing for fans to create our own mission or storylines keeping the dying light franchise story for the community.

Hello Techland I know you’ve been working hard to make the game suitable for the player and I really appreciate it There is one thing that is missed form DL1 is the death animations It would be really cool if you guys bring it back to the game I mean you can cut the zombie head then he still standing and you continue cutting him to half is so dope I would like to see that back in DL2 and that’s all Thanks❤

attention techland the game is almost complete after firearms dlc or even with it please give us a button that allows us to holster our weapons without having to climb or run a distance before our character puts it away having that with the update of guns would be amazing and the game will be complete! Dying light 2 reanimation Dying light 2 is in need of an overhaul This idea is an overhaul called reanimation The reanimation update would have 5 main points to overhaul being quality of life and consequences,gameplay including (parkour, combat, and a redo of story missions) regions, and buildings including darkzones. The quality of life and consequences is an easy fix first lighting, allow players to choose what certain objects colors are and remove the over saturated vibrant colors from the game or make the game look closer to the e3 2019 demo and add darker more cinematic lighting. for consequences on the survivors the survivors you could add people doing parkour around the city for pks you could have them take on various enemies and dismantle buildings for resources but there should be more apocalyptic structures around the map for both factions. In old villedor survivors should take the windmill instead of blowing it up and the pks should take the bazaar. A wanted system would be for the faction you didn’t side with in story decisions survivors will send assassins after you while pks would send armored vehicles after you this system would be called the hatred the higher the level the more they send after you. The parkour update would add new parkour animations added on to the already existing ones such as new vault animations old and unused jump animations all on a cycle that switches them around each time and add reaching animations when the player jumps to grab an object another part of the parkour update would add variations of already existing parkour objects like the ropes you swing from could be chains the bars could be wood these would be just to fit the area around them and add some into interiors that would be cobbled together with bookshelves tables and bed frames. The parkour should also be snappier and more grounded like seen in the e3 demos. For redoing story missions make an epilogue that takes place after x13 where the renegades pks and nightrunners fight at the mountain castle for supplies hidden in it and in the 3 different endings depending on who you side with would take the city and its surrounding areas. Add cut quests such as the devils bridge quest safe cracker quest scavenger quest and an expanded prologue For combat you could add unused enemy models allow enemies to do parkour and add the Scorpio to the already vast amount of weapons at the players and enemies disposal. For Infected give them glowing orange eyes at night to add to the horror aspect of the game and add more models with cloths to match where the infected are at. For both infected and people make it easier and smoother to chop the limbs off. In the Vnc mission the pks talked about an infected that hung to wall so I think that could make for scarier gameplay. For the regions overhaul make all the area within the walls playable such as the chemical covered areas as these just make the game world look and play terrible as there’s not a lot of freedom in gameplay a good way to do this would be an actual epilogue this would have a long quest after the story is finished this would also add the castle and opera as a part of villedor that you can walk to and don’t need to teleport to get there a way you could do this is from the Saint Paul island where the Henon renegados camp is get rid of the chemical area around and add a mega mall darkzone where you have to clear out each floor and all the stores for high end clothing and weapons you could add all of this after x13. Add the bazaar basement that aiden entered the city from and allow players to travel through the mountains and surrounding area. For the building overhaul would just be adding varying structures and sizes to buildings and make interiors look different so it feels like I’m not running in circles Multiple entrances and exits to dark zone so the game flows seamlessly and collapsible objects that drop the player into darkzones Please leave a like on this comment to get Techlands attention 🙏

Are you guys going to update any of the map? Harran was full of unique buildings. This map feels very copy and paste which is a huge shame. Empty buildings etc etc

Yo I lost all of my blueprints and weapon blueprints and paraglider skins after I dropped out of a co-op game it even started me at the first cutsceen when you get into the walls, it even restarted my story (i could still NG+)and unequipped my items. The stuff I did get to keep were Aiden skins and my weapons in my inventory and what was stashed. I restarted the game, and it didn't work, so I did the NG+, and that didn't work, kinda sucks womp womp. :

Even if the other things are coming today,I'm always up for events till updates for more work to put into for the animation and right system cause I finish the walking dead while I was sick for days,I did miss halloween and bit of Christmas the first one before updates but imma try to keep up to enjoy events till their updates are in perfect shape so they'll have animation to add and stuff 👍

I stopped playing when they patched things that didn't need to be patched and how the infected power wasn't used to the fullest potential and no moding support for console from last I heard

Hey, I love your Dying Light games, have played the first part over 2000 hours without DL-The Following and DL2. I did 200 Videos of DL2 on RU-vid. In my opinion Dying Light is the best game ever made ! I have a really big question for you. What do you think about, to bring Dying Light 2 for Virtual Reality??? That would be fantastic and the horror would be nearer to the gamer. For me it would be a massive difference of horror and parkour running. Please think about that and take a look, if its possible to transform the world of Dying Light into a limitless VR- experience. Thank you guys Your the best ❤ Your Doc.

You should add more weapon animation to increase variety like adding unique animation with the warden sword and barbarian, make the animation have more fluidity like the katatna and give it a thrust animation for the charge attack like the polearms. A lot of people would find it very fun to explore and play with the unique qualities of each weapon with an update like this

Tech land I now you did a great job with this year of the dragon and with all the factions and the world of DL2 but what to the riot shields and the event when p k are execution, people if we remember back in 2018 and 19 the p k had riot shields it would be interesting to see new enemy type of p k holding a shield was it cut from the game or will it be pland in the future and will we get one to and could we new event happen we see now like a line of people at the water tower to get water and the execution

i stop playing dying light 2 because i dont got guns i love shooting in dying light please bring it back if theres another dlc putting into dying light 2 and driving that was the best thing you guys added into dying light 1 but for storyline in dying light 2 i like how you can change the story around i preorder this game twice on pc and ps5 I just really want guns so badly in dying light 2 not the finger gun the easter egg one in dying light 2

Hoping we get a new DLC soon. I just got the ultimate edition upgrade thinking there must be tons of DLC by now, but sadly no. I know they’ll deliver, they always do! And I hope their next game doesn’t go for realism quite as much. I prefer a more silly tone. Like dead island was. Dying light 1 I felt was the perfect balance of realism and silliness. But dying light 2 (for me) went too far towards the realism where some aspects became less fun.
