In this Video, Coach Miguel goes over a series of dynamic warmups you can use before your boxing, Muay Thai, MMA or martial arts training. Warming up is important to avoid injury and prime your body for the training to come. Don't worry too much about the reps, focus on the feeling of actively warming up your body.
