Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires Confirmed! (DW 8 XL Girls DLC Gameplay!) 

Thanks for posting this! I've been playing Dynasty Warriors since 2. And 8 was the first time I ever I plan to get each game. Not much access for my ps3 to get online out in the woods of Wisconsin. So had to get 8 extreme. And just order Dynasty Warriors Gundum Reborn. Looking forward to that a lot. But big fan of the channel sir and wanted to say thank you again.

The empires games are probably my favourite ones, I love that you can create a character, and do your own story. I love customisation in games!

I will be importing the Japanese version for PS4 for sure! When the western version is made, I sure hope it is dubbed. Ambition mode has a lot of dialogue they can use like the base capture quotes.

When DW8 Came out I was just waiting for DW8 Empires. A Person I know did not even get DW8 he just said I am going to wait until Empires comes out. I personally think Empires is the best out of the original and XL and if there is a dub I hope they change Zhang Liao's Voice back to normal and I Cant wait for SW4. (sorry if I spelled his name Wrong)

I really believe that new character its xun yu because he fits perfectly in the new poster boy image of the next game cheng pu is a veteran of wu plus is old like huang gai and han dang sure he out for now lu kang the son of lu xun he surely doesn't como out now since he will be the same age has his father gao shun is not such an important opción Japanese only like him because he is totally loyal to lu bu besides they want add more lu bu's army character but I don't think koei will mind him for now zhuge jin in fact has to be exactly as zhuge Liang or similar to him in many ways so he doesn't fit in the poster boy image only xun yu is available for this reasoning

I almost forgot that koei express that they wish to add wang ping with liao hua so I don't think he will be the chosen one now

Really curious to see how this new children-having mechanic will work out. Also THANK GOD we'll be able to edit our own army colors now.

YYYEEESSS. I love Empires again XD now I can have children, I going Married Guan Yinping, Xing Cai, Lu Lingqi, Lianshi, Bao Sanniang, or Wang Yuanji with have children X3 and hope they add new Characters I want Lady Yan, Hua Xiong, and Zang Ba, and Wen Yang sister :D

Marriage system huh? That could be a problem, because I dunno which female character I wanna marry, because majority of them of so beautiful/hot. XD

Has anyone heard of Shin Sangoku Musou Blast? It's a mobile game made by Koei and has tons of new characters. Xun Yu was in the game and they used the same design for Empires. Who knows, maybe it's all the future characters.

I would love if they made different story paths for different characters like if Guan Yu left his brothers for Cao Cao forces or have Lu Bu teaming up Liu Bei for his kingdom and not betraying him.

There are actually 4 uniques. The ruler Ma Teng also has a unique model in DW7 empires :P And here is a link to some portraits from a DW phone minigame. Combining the knowledge you gave me about having kids with the knowledge of Suzuki stating that some of these portraits are planned characters, I suspect she will be some kind of hidden character by breeding those two, lol, They have been inching her into the Romance of the three kingdoms world since RTK 9 so yeah, I highly suspect she will be like a special unlockable child to have. The other portraits are pretty bad ass as well, and may give the curious an idea of what characters to expect in either DW8 empires or DW9. Lemme know what you think XD

5:28 lol Zhang Chunhua and Hua Xiong are new characters in DW8, they only add Xu Shu in DW7E

They are incredibly fun. It would be wonderful to be able to station your officers in the areas you wish, like DW5. That aspect has been removed in 6 and 7. I was disappointed. I may be the only one for what others may see as something minor but the enemy was not only able to station officers and troops but they could also carry and maintain more officers and troops leaving the player severely outnumbered.

I only have one hope for Koei in the future... Since Next Gen is here and can generate a TON of thing's on screen at once, and have an incredible amount of content in game. They should tackle a Warrior's Orochi Empire's. That would just blow my mind and be my favourite thing ever, with one of the most varied and extensive character creators they've ever made. That would fly off the shelves.

Hopefully Koei will release this on retail, if not we'll have to grow accustomed to more Japanese audio. I personally think Jin needed a new person, or at least Gao Shun

All I can say is that Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires better not be a Download-ONLY release like Dynasty Warriors 7 Empires was, because if it is, I will not be happy.

Here's my question, I might get DW8 Empires for PS4 so will i be able to carry over all my edit officers from DW7 empires to the PS4 version of DW8E?

There will not be a Xbox one release due to the Xbox one not being avalible in Japan yet.

by he way, srry to those die hard dynasty warriors fans who love empires but only have xbox, but koei doesn't release empires games to xbox anymore. sony and koei have a tight deal together and koei has decided to only release this game on ps4 and ps3. not sure about the vita.

Dynasty Warriors was PS exclusive most if them except warriors orochi and I believe 8. Also those that came out for Nintendo like the GBA game. So they are trying to stick with there roots. Now don't get mad but it seems like all of the PS exclusives are moving over to Xbox which kinda of sucks for PS users. I hope I didn't stay a war now.

Does anyone know if is coming to Xbox 360 users I know that it is being released to Xbox One. I pissed that DW7 Empires was exclusive ps3 users and so on but i don't want to be left out again :/

if DW8E english version did not including japanese voice then i will not buy it day one when english version just drop, i brought DW8XL Complete Edition very late that japanese voice dlc released lucky that i dun need to listen english voice to play, english voice sound bad in my opinion, i hear DW8E english release in Jan/2015 hope there should just include japanese voice in the disc

dude i really wish if they add 3 things , first : i really wish if they add the lvl 2 officers , so when u play another story in empires mode or any mode u dont have 2 start over with lvl 1 and train over and over X_x ,, second : free mode man :D ,, like empires 5 , u can chose any map , and choose who well fight with , and who well be the enemy ,,, and it well be great if u can customize the ally and the enemy lvl , ahhhhh xD this will be AWESOME , u can fight LEGENDARY battles like that ,,,,,, and OFC it must be with online 2 ,,,,,,,, and i really wish if more than 2 can play online 2gther and fight each other with there character or the main characters in this mode hahahaha this well be SO AWESOME if this happened , and the last thing :( duel ) in ahh i dont remember i think in dynasty warriors 4 ,, when u meet lubu in the battle he challenge u 2 fight him in duel , and u can accept or refuse , when u accept u can fight him face 2 face , and ur officers and army Encourage u and same with lubu , it well be great if u can c them watch the fight 2 xD ,,,, ahhh it well be awesome if u can duel the great officers in all the battles hahaha this well be SO COOL

It's nice this guys a fan and all but he's very annoying. He shares no information about the game just "OMG you guys i'm so totally EXCITED for this game you get get a married and have a the children can you imagine? The children and a marriage OMG i'm totally excited for this game you guys TOTALLY EXCITED for this game" and on and on for 14 damn minutes. How about you go to the Koei Warriors forums and read what the NEW FEATURES are.
