The one thing I love about this channel is that Mike is a True car enthusiast, We all know he has a special place in his Heart for Corvettes &Lambo's But it dont stop there ,The channel basically started with a white 2015 M6 Hellcat ,and now we have a GT500 ,and a badass one , This is what i like to see ,Keep shaking it up Mike ,I Love what ur doing
I like to joke about Gavin (ItsJusta6) 'been here since the hellcat'. I have been on this channel, watching videos, right before that hellcat, as I wanted to watch someone new. and literally a week or so after I started watching Mike got the hellcat and had that giant sticker on it (obv 50 hp easy)

my legit guess was "just barely over 1,000 wheel" and it seems like with the breakup issue fixed on a dynojet I may just have got it spot on. hell if it gets 50 extra from 7800 to 8500 it might even do 1000 on the mustang dyno if you only got to ~7300. I would also LOVE to see you and Gavin race again and not have any "beef" about it (idk if you or Gavin took it as beef at the time) you are my two favorite car content creators, as well as the 2 I've been watching the longest (if you dont count Do It With Dickhead because he was exclusively motovlogging when I started watching him) so seeing you guys get together, race, and just have some fun would be awesome. I'm sure Daniel and Nick would bring their cars and run some of your slower stuff too. Hell they just like racing so I feel like they'd even race the GT500 just for the shits and giggles
@@freddiejones4598 saying that as a blanket statement is just categorically false. lots of motors produce peak power at redline (especially because the redline is frequently set where the peak power is when it comes to built cars) and the builder of the vehicle said it gains 50whp going from 7800-8500, so seeing as it makes the power he said it does (more by a good chunk if you go by crank) its a pretty safe bet to trust him on that.
@@BigMan7o0 it’s a very inefficient way mapping your car to have peak power right on the redline. It’s less usable and puts unnecessary stress on the engine. That’s why most cars you see people short shifting about k off redline as that’s where the Torque drops off.

Hey Mike I’m glad the Shelby got to those numbers. Just some thoughts, I don’t think Ford spark plugs would be that way to go. Aftermarket that can handle the added boost and Maybe stronger injection. Good luck.🍀

Hey 717, I have a 500 as well. Highly recommend you go with one step colder plugs, NGK6510s are great for these cars, and ask the tuner what he wants them gapped at.

Wow. Love the GT500. I’m definitely a Corvette guy and own a C7 ZO6, but yes please to more Mustang content! Don’t forget to change the fuel filter/s when you do the sparking plugs! Back for a 1000HP pull on the dyno!

Love the Gt500 I have a 2021 orange with the black over the top strips The Whipple is on its way now I will have the Whipple and upgraded fuel system and E85 and probably a 2.8 pully with stock exhaust looking for over 1000 wheel 👌👍
Gotta tint the front windshield you will love it plus you can get a proscription from the eye Dr for the tint I did and I live in Ohio the eye Dr even asked me what percentage of tint I needed . windshield is a must for now on.
What would be cool if you got a hummer h1 Duramax swap it like predator builds out in California and then take it off-road and jump it and race it because it might be quick I’m pretty sure they have high horse packages just an idea for the future I’ve been watching your channel I think sense the OG Duramax first come on the channel it would be cool to see a H1 build

Doubt you have heard of this company, they are currently working on a 1600R Mustang called Fathouse Performance. They are located in Indiana and we have contemplated on taking a few of the cars we have owned there to get some work done. Check them out sometime!
The limit in those cars is the transmission due to the trans computer being locked if you go to the track try not doing big Burnouts because the trans temp Will get hot and not allow you to shift
I'm a Chevy guy and my favorite car you have is the ZR-1, but that GT500 is a beautiful car. I hope you keep this one since you're not into it for over 100k.
Coming from a guy with a 3.8L Whipple 2020 GT500, they are awesome but the only tuner whole can tune them RIGHT is Rob @ Palm Beach Dyno. DO NOT use Lund racing, they have severe limp mode issues with the Gt500 with the Whipple.
The gt500 is amazing my 2 year old instantly ran over and started making car noises when he heard it on the dyno.. maybe I win the matching c8 for us so he can make his vroom noises daily😂😂😂🧡🍊
