Honestly there is no need to. But using a cloth with a little glass cleaner works fine.

If you open the canister as If you were emptying it you will see a red tag with the number 1 on it, if you press that in the whole canister will just slide completely off making it easy to clean.

Is it ok to use compressed air to blow dust out of the dust bin and protective screen around the motor on the main handheld unit occasionally or will that do more harm than good?

You are a Dyson surgeon. Tweezers nice. Filter- buy extra. Like 2 batteries , 2 Filters, one dries and the other is ready to go. What indicators do you use for cleaning alerts 📢 🤔? 1. Dirt Bin 2. Filter 3. Main roller head

Every month is recommended. Every use is not needed.

Is the stick prone to scratches and damage from daily use? I know the canisters have strong grey plastic for the stick

Yes thats completely normal. The vibration helps clean carpet. But it will rattle on hard floors

I think maybe the v11 in the states comes with two batteries and chargers. But in the uk it’s a no go.

If you buy the v11 outsize absolute in Uk will come with 2 batteries and 2 chargers…with the led brush that is from the v15 for hard floor only.. Is the most expensive dyson on the market at the moment…I’m happy with my purchase.

The outsize only comes with one battery in the uk. The v15 is a better vacuum anyway

If you use anything other than very gentle rubbing from your fingers when washing ur filter, yoy will rip apart the delicate fibers. Believe me. I was washing my v10 filter slightly aggressively and I started loosing up the fibers

This is only if your filer is extremely dirty. Yes your correct I never use a brush normally

The outsize only comes with 2 batteries in the US. I just bought one here in Australia and it only came with 1 battery. Disappointing, considering the price!
