Hi Eddie, Great job on the weathering! I wish you could do a short video on how you did it! I have three of these planes because my boys and I love the T 28, we would like to weather our planes like yours.Thankyou for any info.
Hi Edwin, obviously it’s very cool to weather an RC plane ! To do that kind of weathering you can leave some drops of oil paints+white spirit mix and blend them with a brush with movements that imitate the wind direction. Maybe he used an airbrush, however I am only a plastic modeller and I don’t know if such treatment would impair the surface of your RC planes.
Hey there, u believe I saw Brian Philips fly your plane at Bigfoot in Birmingham. Very cool, she looks beautiful in person. You did a great job. 👍 and I've subscribed.
@eddieksrc yes sir I did. I was standing next to you on the flight line with the blue FrSky hat on and asked a question about the sound system. Was a very cool experience and enjoyed watching him fly it with such ease. 👍
@@eddieksrc I got brave and used the yellow Frog tape low tack right over the stock paint and with the help of water based clear to seal the edges, it worked perfectly I am happy to say.
DON’T BUY a sound module for this T-28. What the poster did NOT SHOW was in-flight performance, which is abysmal. I tried it, a friend has tried it, and because of the foam thickness in this model, the sound is just too quiet to make the expense worth while. All of this is just my opinion of course.
