Hi. Thank you for your video. I have two of these locks and one is not unlocking, it does not make any noise when it says it is unlocking. The key works just fine. Do you have any ideas how I could test the motor and connections? Thanks
Yeah you would need to narrow down the problem: determine if it is the motor or the PCB 6:14 take your lock off and see if the motor at least tries to move, if not, you would need a voltmeter to check if the PCB is outputting voltage to the motor, once you know where the problem, is you might be able to fix it or replace a specific component.
Nice tutorial. One of my locks is draining batteries in days. Do you have any idea how can I solve it? I've already reset, replaced batteries, deactivate WiFi, check for folded cables, but no Good. =(
wish I could help, but it's beyond me, I had a similar problem with a different item (a WiFi switch) but I ended up sending it back to the manufacturer and they replaced it. they said it was a failed chip. don't know if that is of any help, but I previously spoke with pineworld support, they are pretty responsive.
Hi, I’m getting an error on this lock. My screen flashes 1, 2 and 3 together and there is no instruction on how to deal with this in the manual. There is a beeping sound too. Reset etc nothing works. Can you please help?
The physical part of the lock still works fine. Both times the electronics failed. No reaction to any button or key card, no lights, no reaction to reset or battery change.
