So maybe not Tamiya’s most exciting release ever , but I’ve always said I like the quirky ones and this one has some quirkiness going on , personally I like the body especially in the red and the wheels just make you stare at it and go that’s odd 😉 anyway come join me whilst I checkout the kit for you, then we can get it built! If I got one, I’d make it look like the Dodge Raider. Same vehicle but with dodge badges from the years mopar and Mitsubishi were hand in hand

Great video !! You audio a lot quiet compare other RU-vid - FYI - but can hear ok if crank audio on I-pad 100%

I have not ordered this yet, they are still on pre-order here in the states. I am not a fan of the wonky tires on it but that is an easy fix and I will probably end up getting on as well! Looking forward to seeing what you think of it once you get it all done! Have fun with the build!

Hey Addam hope your well. It’s definitely an easy fix if you want to ditch those wheels and tyres :) so far I like it, I’ve finished it off now. Essentially it’s a lunchbox, what’s not to like , love the body and it’s got that quirky appeal to it ;) so far so good. Cheers mate :)

Doesn’t do much for me, never built a lunch box so have to do that first. Looking forward to the video on the l Discovery I’ve been thinking about setting up a course inside when it gets cold

It would be cool with a WW style driver but it’s got pretty dark tinted windows so I’m not sure how visible it would be in the end

Definitely will be getting this, deleting the D parts and making the original Pajero Rally 58044 out of it with spare Grasshopper parts and Black edition Brat wheels.

I really liked the original back in the day Andy.. I think I will get one of these the price is ok to be fair.. just one thing.. I really don’t like the wheels.. I wonder what could go on instead??

You can fit the Subaru brat wheels like the 80s pajero or go lunchbox style with wild Willy 2 wheels and tyres but you need longer front stub axles :)
