Hi Prof. I'm taking isotretinoin for FFA. Its been almost 2 months. I don't see major difference yet and I'm worried. Does it take more time just to start working? I know based on your research that it takes 12-16 months of therapy but do improvement start earlier? Do you think more studies on the way regarding FFA? Its seems to me that very few are investigating this condition but it has serious physical and mental impact on the ones with it :( Thank you for everything you do!
Thank you ! This is very complex. The main goal of treatment is to stop progression of the disease. Improvement can be seen in some selected symptoms (FFA-associated papules etc
@@profLidiaRudnicka Thank you for replying. Yes,thats all I asked for. I pray it will stop. Do you think it takes full 12 months to stop progressing? or it can be earlier from your own clinical experience?🙏🏻
