Definitely a really damn cool idea, a few additions I would make are the following: +Add 2 more crewmates, that'll help increase the tension. +Only let the actual impostor attack, w/the other crewmate staring at you with disappointment or being killed by the impostor as well.
@@darwinzolif possible, given the imposter doesn’t kill in one hit, the screen should go dark before the imposter attacks so it isn’t that easy to eliminate the primary threat.

I would have an actual discussion discussion instead of just explaining that a discussion is happening. Do that and give Ness time to figure out who is who. And if you kill the wrong imposter, they start suspecting you and then if you kill the wrong guy twice, THEN they start using PKStarstorm. Makes for a fair and less RNG based things imo
Okay I frickin love this, I also like the balance of how they sorta throw away their turns for a few rounds to ya know pull the whole imposter voting gag, before using Starstorm. It's a clever little way to get to the punchline while also balancing their difficulty. Similar to how the gas pump would count down before doing a bum rush, or the Frankie Stein Mark 2 builds up steam before unleashing a real hard attack. Also P.S: I've never seen Ness without a hat and honestly seeing how flat the top of his head is without the hat on his sprite is now something I can't unsee.
That is the main mechanic of this battle. You have to guess which one is the impostor, otherwise you will die. I got this battle idea from a random earthbound shitposts comment.
