Yeah, it’s funny. Not the main thing I like the most about PE (what I’m gonna start calling him ‘cause I don’t like typing his whole name) but it’s a nice added bonus.
the Netflix version not only is better bang for your buck, but also it has better, and prettier paint, (you can actually distinguish the Eyes from the face, the eyes are a different shade of blue). You also get some pretty battlemasters
Mines isn’t let’s see the clear plastic on the battle masters god they are an issue both of mines broke and the Netflix Optimus god it has issues the sides of the truck that are made from clear plastic it cracked and broke and the leg snapped off just randomly no warning just boom snapped clean off it’s NOT EVEN MADE OUT OF CLEAR PLASTIC HOW it’s literally plastic and still fucking broke gosh
@@PerspectiveEnd I mean I love the seige looks I like him more than the earthrise my earthrise optimus primes head is very very very loose while my seige one is loose but not as loose as earthrise optimus and sorry for this long comment but what version of optimus prime do you think I should get if I just only have the seige optimus prime
I use all that kibble, with my imagination, they server a purpose. The back pack can be a Jetpack, the window screen on the wrists can be moniters or scanners, and the headlights under the wrists could be guns or lights for Optimus while in robot mode
From what I heard, this was *supposed* to be a toy-accurate deco, but they gave up last second for some reason and gave him blue eyes and blue hands, which I find stinky since I personally like yellow eyes, but I can prolly just paint it
If hasbro would’ve token the siege figure and modify it so the arm kibble is on the backpack, the upper chest could fix a matrix, opening hands, and remove the cyber style truck replace it with an earth style and that would be a good ER Optimus it would keep the good parts of siege but be rebuilt for an Earth style that would be a voyager cause that trailer should be in a weapons pack like the centurion drone pack
I find that the extra forward motion for the hips really helps dynamic poses. I can't seem to get the Siege into anything super dynamic. Plus, painting the eyes gold really helps the look.
Man I can't help but get the Siege into a dynamic pose, and I mean again their posing is very similar with more points in favor of the Siege. The only real bummer on the Siege is the forward leg kick, and it is I think enough, where as the ER can't kick back nearly at all.
I see the flaws, but honestly, I don't mind them as much as you do. The paint on his mouthplate seems to be an isolated issue with yours. Literally looking at my copy and seeing no issue as bad as yours. Also, apparently, you could attach the Siege Prime's axe to the arm of this figure after folding in one of his hands. I guess it was a way to recreate the energon axe Prime had in that G1 episode, but it's a useless feature unless you have the axe. It does leave me wondering why they never gave him an accessory like that. They gave Earthrise Megatron a new weapon (a figure I despise more than anything else I've seen in wfc) but they never gave Prime one for it, when clearly giving the two leaders close combat weapons would have been a good idea for kids who want to play fight with them or for people to make a battle scene diorama.
It's fine if you don't put the stock in the flaws like me. I'm just glad you see where I'm coming from. And yeah it is weird that say in the netflix version he didn't come with one.
The only reason I thought people liked it was for the truck. Thanks, TheLazyEyebrow I guess for making me think that I guess. But no, I was given the Siege figure as a birthday present, and I fell in love. I have literally NO reason to replace it for a worse Voyager MP-10
Guessing before I watch, because I recall some of your reasons: Proportions, the forearm and shoulder touching at a 90 bend with no bicep, butt flap, face paint, useless scrapped transformation bits in the legs, fauxforming grill. Love your work man and I'm sure I'll love this one too!
With the tires on the legs the reason they are at that angle is not because they have a bad grip, it is because the plastic in which they are held is bent, when I paint that part of my Optimus I discovered it and fixed with glue
@@PerspectiveEnd It can be fixed, by removing the wheels and having exposed the part of the plastic that this exit I saw the opportunity to release a little glue and with a stick I put price to keep the piece there until the glue makes everything solid On your redit I made a post, taking a screenshot of this video, trying to highlight the part I comment on.
It makes sense if you are looking at the figure from beneath it, thanks to foreshortening. But when it's a figure that I'm looking at in person, my sense of Depth perception tells me it's loathsomely wrong.
The siege has better plastic colors, and legs, but I personally prefer the Eartrise’s proportions, aesthetic, transformation, and kibble treatment. Fix the plastic, colors, legs, and head, on ER and you have the best mainline Optimus figure ever I think. He should’ve come w roller and his axe tho to make the price better. In my opinion the siege’s kibble and proportions are more off putting compared to the relatively sleek and athletic design choices of the Earthrise. For me, the Earthrise kibble isn’t nearly as bad or noticeable as you say it is; I think they blended it really well with its sillouhette. Siege’s kibble is much more noticeable and damn ugly imo. The Earthrise is not perfect, but it’s the closest thing we have to perfection in the CHUG line atm (the price is shit tho I agree). I will always prefer the best earth mode optimus to a great cyberpunk one. I’m biased, I know, but you can’t blame me for wanting the best classic Spider-Man before the best PS4 suit Spider-Man. In a way, Siege feels like extra credit, something I’d get only after getting Earthrise first.
I agree with basically that whole paragraph, but I also think you need to reduce the size of his truck Titties, since his arms can't reach around the chest as those are too big. Like I said for me the fact that it is over all so clean is what makes it's one piece of kibble stand out so much. It'd have been a bad piece on any figure, but on this it's a pretty gnarly crack in the glass. I think you are right, this is the closest thing to the Perfect G1 Chug figure we ever got, but at the same time by falling short where it does, it doesn't achieve what it needs to, and it's over all a less interesting figure than most of the others, so by not nailing it's goals, it's a lot more harmed than other Optimi. It drives me nuts when people say that "I got the ER so why would I ever consider the Siege?" I don't know, maybe because the Siege is really good and fun, and different. Nothing wrong with having both.
Earthrise prime was my first transformer getting back into collecting after a while so it got me really excited and I thought it was almost perfect but you convinced me to finally get siege prime and I couldn’t be happier. This is a fantastic toy! Thank you, PerspectiveEnd :)
I'm so happy to hear that! For a second there I was worried that I just made you like a figure you enjoyed less, but hearing that I caused you to find the joy of Siege Prime warms my heart.
Also I would have forgiven the bumper/butt tyres configuration at the back of the robot mode if it didn't *actively hamper the toy's poseability*, since that piece completely gimped the toy's backwards leg movement! I was so disappointed when I first discovered it. I'd take a backpack that doesn't screw over the toy's poseability over this any day.
Indeed, there are many ways that it's just the worst, and the fact that people think a backpack is some how worse just because it's smaller is beyond me.
I think the whole reason everyone praises it is cause it's the closest we've gotten so far. We're gonna get something better in the future for sure, considering that Siege Prime and Classics Prime had the same thing, with everyone praising it before something better came along
Idk if I'm the only one but I recently got my own ER prime and realized the nose guard was painted, The package doesn't seem to look opened to it's most likely a QC issue where the nose guard isn't painted Thanks alot hasbro for making a qc issue that affects 99% of the consumer base! I feel good tho that my ER prime has a properly painted grill that doesn't bleed out
I think you might have gotten one of the later releases. I know for a fact almost all of these had their faces left in the blue. Is yours an ER or is it a Kingdom version?
@@PerspectiveEnd As usual, it was amazing. Like I said previously your videos have everything and more that is required for a good transformers review. But you’re at your best when you talk about figures that you know really well like this one and the siege version. That and you Spew profanity
When we were first getting images of this figure, I was crazy excited about him. I had the most impossible time finding him. I saw him once, but I couldn't get him right then. I didn't see him for a while after that. I finally got impatient and paid overprice for him on Amazon. It was just a couple dollars more though so I don't think it was a scalper. But of course, I saw him at Target the very next day. Then he started shelf-warming. He's an okay figure overall, but the proportions and the trailer leave a lot to be desired. So he doesn't exactly live up to my initial hype.
We still haven’t gotten a definitive Optimus prime for G1. Siege is great, but is Cybertronian, and misses a lot of features like matrix, trailer, and articulated hands. Earthrise is close, but a bit shitty
The Siege one still looks passable as a stylized Earth Truck rather than Cybertronian which already has a distinct look as seen in IDW, War For Cybertron, Animated, Fall of Cybertron and the upcoming TF One.
I like this figure anyway and it will be my definitive Optimus until they bring out a better cartoon-based Earthmode one in the main line, but I do agree that the proportions are off with is legs being entirely too long compared to the rest of him.
I agree that this isn't the "bee's knees" , as you say. I had to get aftermarket upgrades for him, which should have come with him for the money. My concern was the materials used to make him. A tab broke way too easily off the door. I had to supply all the goodies for the trailer ( Roller, missiles) as well as a proper gun and a battle axe. If it came with all of the above, it would have been worth the $80 Canadian I paid for it. PS, the Siege crotch breakage issue was what turned me away from that figure, as well as the canopy flap.
Yeah it's kind of criminal just how little does actually comes with to justify the leader price. And no crummy it feels in comparison with its directly preceding counterpart, they definitely is spent less money on this.
Yeah because they wanted it to look like the original toy which was a horrible idea because now the face just looks ugly and they gave up on the yellow eyes and just made them blue which doesn’t pop out in the face and at this point I would have preferred if they just use the siege head with no changes
@@naapurihei True it wasn’t a horrible idea but it was definitely not a good one plus if they gonna give up and make the eyes blue then they should take a little bit more effort and make the face grey
I don't see that as being the reason. I think it wound up their and they were like "Yeah no this was like... Totally an intentional reference... Totally."
That may be the case but the hips are wrong and the studio ox didn’t have the rims on the back as well. So it’s accurate in way that makes in look worse but isn’t accurate in any other way other then the stripe being silver.
Honestly, I do truly love the Earthrise Prime, as it stands he’s the best mainline Earth Optimus we have, but I can’t deny that many of the points you brought up are either things I agreed with before watching, or agreed with once they were brought to my attention. The legs being a complete mess, and the arms not being able to reach around his chest were huge issues in my eyes, but even so I still feel he’s the best we currently have despite his flaws. Though with that said, I genuinely do hope that we have one more Prime in the works to replace him. Studio Series 86 has already set a precedent with a retooled Arcee and brand new Ironhide figure, but I believe it’s already been leaked a new Magnus is coming, so an SS86 Prime might be in our future to truly give us the perfect Earth mode Optimus we need. Until then, I’ll keep modifying my Earthrise Prime with improvements as needed.
I'd still argue the Siege was better but I do get that that thing looks less accurate so I understand why people would prefer this. And I'm stoked for a potential 86 Prime so long as it's not just ANOTHER ER rerelease.
i think earthrise is better then siege due to the fact earthrise comes with a trailer and matrix of leadership.i mean when was the last time you saw an matrix of leader ship on Optimus an master piece figure, but this figure does that for way cheaper, maybe not just way cheaper, but also better, but maybe.
Are you... Are you joking? Every MP or 3P Optimus I've ever gotten had a matrix. And the Vast Majority of Chug ones do now too. It's honestly annoying to get another one at this point. I don't want any more ever again.
Can you possibly do a review on the Titans Return or g1 colour reissue of Chromedome? I absolutely love him, mainly from my memories of somehow watching the English dub of headmasters when I was a kid and he was the main focus of the show. If you don't have one, Popcultcha has a titans return one for a decent price, but shipping may be a little bad since they are based in Australia.
@@PerspectiveEnd I've had one for 5 years. He's basically the Combiner Wars Dead End mold transformation-wise, except now with the extra step of being a Headmaster. His articulation is alright for a Prime Wars guy. But man oh man, the original release *looked* great. It nailed the IDW aesthetic really well, even with it having the "wrong" alt-mode (he's not the crazy space car he was in MTMTE, but rather a cyberpunk car that kiiiinda looks like his original toy so Takara could just repaint it, give it a new head, and treat it as the Headmasters version of him). He's a fun guy- not great, just good and fun.
i like how i begged my mom for years for this toy since its the closest thing i can have to mp44, and after getting it my boy just straight out did a disstrack on the toy. funny yet sad ngl
I'm sorry about that, I hope I didn't taint anything about it for you. This wasn't a video on why you shouldn't like it, just why I don't. I just wanted people to stop thinking I'm weird for not liking this thing.
Honestly, while I see where you're coming from, I still disagree about the leg proportions. I personally think that the hips being Incorporated into the thighs is a perfect compromise for amazing articulation. Not only that, but to me, If you're gonna complain about the wheels on the back, you'd also need to complain about Siege Sideswipes blocky back, because it's inconsistently wrong compared to the rest of the body. I do agree about the trailer. For the cost, it should have been a bit more full featured. More paint, thicker plastic, more detail, etc. Or it shouldn't have come with it at all. But looking at the figure alone, at Optimus Prime, I think he's the best mainline prime we've ever gotten. Siege has some horrible arm kibble, and the giant slab on the back is inexcusable. I'm not saying the ER is perfect, but I still far prefer it compared to the Siege figure.
I did complain about Siege Sideswipes baggy sides, and by extension his back. It also should have come with a roller. Personally for me the back Kibble on the Siege is no bother, and if I were to remove some it would have to be the wrist stuff.
Having dedicated reviews is a good thing. It allows people new to your channel to be able to find your thoughts all in one spot. I totally get where you're coming from. This is the curse of the Transformer collector. Sometimes it's not a big flaw, but the flaws sticks out to you more than anyone else. You can see why other people like it, but you just can't get over those flaws even if you know it's minor. I felt the same way on certain figures. Also, having the Siege and Earthrise figure side by side would probably save you the trouble of doing that illustration. But the effort is appreciated. The proportions of the Earthrise figure looks more like the Toyworld Freedom Leader.
Yeah, that does make sense so they don't have to watch the whole channel to understand me. And I'm glad you do, I just wanted people to finally understand what I mean when I say these things Not agree with me.
What this should have been is that fan digibash of an earth mode version of seige with a little retooling in the legs so the trailer hitch is supposed to be, add the trailer and charge $5.00 more and that’s the best of both worlds
I really like my earthrise prime, but I do feel the figure would be greatly improved by using the lower legs of the siege figure. The resulting prime would be really cool. Also, I’ve discovered more figures that are compatible with the trailer than just prime and huffer. It turns out, the sideswipe mold is the perfect size to carry the trailer, and runamuck/runabout work pretty good as well.
There was someone on my reddit who swapped the legs and it looked great. Interesting that it fits on sideswipe, The Trailer also works with the Siege which is nice.
I still want it. Actually i missed it the first time around and then it got reissued and never get to pre order. Now I'm eyeing for the Studio 86 version but still wanted to get this Earthrise version soon
@PerspectiveEnd hmm actually no. They are pretty sold.out in my area and online scalpers are still asking for a high price. I think it's still a popular item knowing it's Prime. I ordered an oversized k.o. instead.
Perspective It’s not the chest that’s blocking the arms it’s the arms themselves if you put siege and earthrise side by side you see that his chest is the same size on both the bicep-elbow joint is shorter on the earthrise
No one is cool for what they like or dislike, love the most mainstream thing, or the most underground thing it doesn't matter. You like what you like and it's subjective as to what you do. People just wanted to know why I don't like this so I tried to put every little thing I don't like about this into one video.
The fact that you had fix a 50 dollar figure that was over charging by 20 is kind of telling isn't it? I just wish it was good enough in the first place.
@@PerspectiveEnd I hear ya but most of the figures i have I need to add stuff to or paint to make look good lol that’s why 3rd party’s are killing it right now & Toyhax does both toy look & toon look all the figures I have I have added 3rd party or Toyhax too anyway! But atleast WFC has great base! I wish hasbro would just make a great fig but if they did why would we ever buy another OP know what I mean lol
Tldr to the tldr nobody talks about the price of an incomplete mess of a product that was rushed out the door. Tldr the biggest, most offensive issue with this incomplete mess of a figure is that everyone ever just regards tthe price as a footnote and then puts the darn thing next to voyagers and says "guys this voLeader class figure is so good buy it now" and disregards that the main point of a review is to answer the question "is it worth asking price" and instead goes "guys this figure is such an improvement over the voyager class figure." Once again another review that keeps the 50 dollar pricepoint as a footnote. I am fine with voyager scale leader class figures, I even own 86 starscream, but the problem with earthrise optimus is that you get a flawed figure that the desighners undeniably cheaped out on because they knew it would sell like hot cakes no matter how good they actually made it, but this thing looks to me like an overpriced incomplete mess, with the way the chest is, the fact that they couldnt be bothered to retool the legs at all, the exclusion of an energon axe and a roller, two things that are fine to exclude on a voyager BUT THIS IS A LEADER which leaves me to see the trailer as a $20 rectangle that does nothing but pretend that this thing is worth its asking price when it isn't. The paint was cheaped out on, with the unpainted face and bland trailer, the legs just act as a dissapointment to what siege has done, and it all accumulates into an overpriced mess. One thing that annoys me about every review of this thing is that they seem to regard the price as more of a footnote when in reality, leader class should actually represent a higher class of engineering that exceeds the reach of voyager class. You shouldnt be able to remove the accessories from a leader class and then label it a voyager class unless said accessories actually feel substantial, which earthrise's do not. For an example of this, ss86 coronation starscream actually does manage to fill out the extra 20 dollars with his accessories alone. The throne feels substantial, with an internal weight to make it feel worth it. The shoulderpads and extra null rays are painted well, especially on the former, the cape, while being three pieces of plastic, are tooled in a way that just makes me feel like this money was well spent, and the crown just acts as the cherry on top to this goofy getup, fitting onto the head almost perfectly. Or maybe we can look to ss44. The trailer goes through enough transformation that it, combined with the Arsenal of thing, and the improved paint apps on the cab, feel well worth the extra 20 dollars to the point where the lack of paint on the trailer can be regarded as a footnote. "I can chrome it myself" comes to mind. Or the legacy g2 optimus, whose legs are just a direct carryover from the earthrise optimus. With ER, the fact that they reused the studio series bay prime's rear wheels and then promptly made their own front wheels comes off as cheaper than if they just took both wheel moulds because the wheels are objectively mismatched. However, on legacy optimus, they bothered to retool the legs in a way that made them feel like they were made for the character, as opposed to ER who left the trailer port in the front of the trailer for no reason other than Hasbro being too cheap to look at any other optimus or semi truck ever and see that the trailer port goes in the middle of the bed AND THATS WHY THE BED IS THE SIZE OF A TRUCK BED. And once again looking at legacy optimus, it feels redesighned enough to not be a waste of brain cells AND IT ACTUALLY COMES WITH THE FULL PAVKAGE DJFJNDDN you have a trailer that opens up into a turret/battle station as opposed to a platform with a ramp, maintainance drone, and empty void where a certain six wheeled vehicle should be, and legacy comes with both a sword and a sheild that could combine, making the accessory count feel like what a voyager scaled leader should be, as opposed to Era's scrunched-up approximation of the g1 ion bblaster that uses up more parts than it needs to because it just has to fold up even though the leader pricepoint shouldn't cap out at this pathetic thing AND WHERES THE AXE. All this just lumps together into something that isnt worth 50 dollars, and doesnt deserve my attention after it acknowledged the scam of a rectangle it comes with.
I want to get both the siege and earthrise versions-- I LOVE the siege version for it's chunky aesthetic and shorter legs making him look like a buff warrior, but the earthrise's long legs and thinner proportions make him look like the lean veteran leader of a resistance. Also as someone who has really long legs earthrise prime is some good body representation!
The leg mechanics on the Siege Optimus do look fun, I definitely wish they'd done something more with the legs on ER/Kingdom model. I may try chasing a Siege down the line, but for now my personal gripes about the face paint, the arm dimensions and the fact that I stress marked his chest shelf on the top right side transforming him the first time aren't deal breakers for him being my main rep for the character. Then again my standards on a lot of these figures are still at a skewed average by the originals, as for all but my core group of beloved characters, most are still the first iteration of the character I've had in hand in thirty years or more. My in-hand Optimus experience has been 84, the Powermaster, and this. So I'm far from seasoned experience wise on what's out there. I definitely get the gripes you're talking about here, though.
It may have flaws but I prefer it over the siege version not to mention I have the Netflix version which has better colors along with the silver I added
The Netflix is absolutely the better version. It fixes most of the paint and color issues, and at a lower price, and it's fine which ever you prefer. You aren't wrong for what you like.
7:22 i think it depends on how you put the matrix in there. If the little notched part is on top, its really tight, whereas if it’s on bottom (how i usually do it) its much looser
I just realised that some of the flaws on this like the eyes and rectangular shoulders could be because hasbro was originally making a toy accurate prime instead of a cartoon accurate one as pre production renders had yellow eyes like the toy and the toy had rectangle shoulders
I think you are right about that, I'm pretty sure toy accurate was what they were going for. I remember early test shots of him had specifically grey hands.
I like the Siege version, but I passed on the earthrise. I'm just waiting on ss86 to come out. The ER has too many flaws and is overpriced nowadays. Thanks for the honest review!
I fell like this could go very wrong As in The people who cant take criticism will just come flodding Also Can you review one of your favorite figures, that you havent reviewed before?
I mean I did the Siege Prime last time, and believe me I have many great figures I can cover in time. Also I haven't really gotten the hate you were worried about.
WOW I had no idea he was that disappointing compared to Siege Prime… what is it with Hasbro/Takara and botching attempts at doing Earth modes for characters who they nailed so well during Siege or past lines? Also, quick question: what determines your perspective on a character- the first piece of media you see them in, or the first toy you get of them?
I think it might be because ER was a quick cash grab, they knew it would sell so they rushed it out the door. For me it's all about the media. That's what makes me want a figure. It's the attachment to the character. If the figure is good I'm sure I'll like it even if I don't know the character but it's missing that special sauce.
@@PerspectiveEnd Ah. You said in one of your past videos that IDW ruined Prowl for you, yet it also made you like Star Saber and Deathsaurus, so I got the idea that the supporting media helped shape how you felt about certain characters. Just wanted to see if that was true, sir.
What was your favorite year in high school and what was least favorite class Like I said the siege is better but earthrise is the one I got is not better than the siege that my brother has The Best Buy ER prime is like 30 i think still
The only problem I have is that his proportions horrible. Even if he has opening hands they are more useless than a charred car battery because he has stubby arms. Personally my opinion on this somewhat like guilmo deltoros thoughts on striker eureka. Basically it’s arrogant. It’s trying to be perfect and (unlike striker eureka) fails at it. With horrible proportions and it’s trying to be perfect with everything. I personally prefer the ss 38 bumblebee movie prime. It feels like Optimus. It’s big and isn’t trying to be perfect.
When I first got this I thought it was great. But after a couple months the some of the paint on the hands and head came off. And then I got the siege and realised how bad this figure was.
Awesome video as always, after some time you made me see how flawed this figure is, anyway I got my own magic square light of freedom and oh boy everything you said about it is true, it's a work of art
I'm sorry if I robbed you of some enjoyment of this thing, but am STOKED to hear that I motivated you to pick up the Magic Square, and I'm so happy to hear that I did not lead you astray.
@@PerspectiveEnd update on the magic square: good lord it's getting better and better the more I play with it, why can't all masterpiece style transformers have such enjoyable transformations
Just got the reissue a couple of weeks ago and a lot of this is pretty accurate when compared to the siege version. Quality feels significantly better on the Siege, but not KO bad here. The dark grey plastic connecting most of the articulated joints feels pretty cheap, and dubious, and in less careful hands see stressing and breaking off pretty easily. Not a fan of the blue eyes as they completely get lost in the helmet, and don't like the ion canon as it's easy to pull apart. Trailer also sucks, but nobody would buy this for the trailer or should have to pay the Leader Class price point for the additional trailer. As a stand alone voyager though I actually quite like it. Transformation I think is one of best, most fun I've seen on a mainline Prime in a awhile despite the legs not doing much more than have the feet, and heals fold out. The length of the legs really don't feel like an issue because standing straight they still look like his central hip piece. If anything it gives way better mobility and articulation than the Siege as they're not bumping into the hip piece, and since it's not a flip up piece he poses better than SS Ironhide who had the one piece design. Jhiaxus, and Tarn used the same method for articulation and though it may seemingly add more length to the legs it's probably the best solution for articulation other than segmented skirt pieces which just add to the budget piece count. Other than that I like how he's mostly kibble free, and the waist has plenty of clearance as the only reason he would have to turn 360 is for transformation. Just how I've experienced the figure since owning him. Also did not even know those flip up panels on the legs existed until now not that they really do much. For Laser Prime owners, the tanker trailer is an awesome fit for the alt mode.
Well Decent Articulation, outside of the opening hands it's not doing really anything more than most Optimuses already do. Like the Core Class Optimus has an ab crunch. I find that more impressive.
Its twisted proportions actually lend themselves well to the "Dead" prime version of this mold. The Matrix doesn't give me any problems. Added the ToyHax "Monster" stickers and upgraded the hands via the KFC KP-10, so all of the fingers move. Ready for the kicker?- Sold the trailer on Ebay. To my shock, people paid more for the trailer, than I did for the whole package, WTF. So I own an upgraded Zombie Prime for free.
the thing that makes the least sense to me is the fact they took the siege, retooled it and sold it at leader, if its going to have these problems what was stopping them from just making a whole new mold which would make it cost less apparently, take mp 10 compared to mp 44, yes mp 44 isn't good but thats not the point, they could have retooled mp 10 but they made a new mold which is still more exspensive but I would have happily paid 50 Canadian dollars for a new mold that had no flaws
