EAS Re-creation - December 10th Mayfield Tornado Emergency 

This EAS recreation is dedicated to those lost during the destructive December 10th, 2021 tornado that hit western Kentucky.
Since there were no recordings from Mayfield itself, I thought it would be good to try remaking an alert myself, using the original text data from the NWS. I've attempted some better methods of muffling the audio for this alert too.
