毛姐大西洋白鱈魚配番茄
材料:
1. 大西洋白鱈魚 1x 500g
2. 牛茄 2個3. 薯仔 2個4. 洋蔥 2個
5. 百里香 2小枝
6. 糊椒和鹽
準備:
● 在魚上撒些鹽和胡椒粉
● 切洋蔥,薯仔和蕃茄厚切
方法:
● 洋蔥放在平底鍋的底部
● 其次是薯仔和蕃茄
● 將鱈魚放在頂層
● 加入百里香
● 蓋上鍋蓋
● 中火煮30分鐘
Mo’s Atlantic Cod Stew
Ingredients:
1. France Atlantic Cod 1x 500g
2. Beefsteak Tomatoes 2pcs
3. Potatoes 2pcs
4. Onions 2pcs
5. Thyme 2sprigs
6. Salt & pepper
Preparation:
Sprinkle salt & pepper all over the fish
● Cut tomatoes, potatoes & onions, each into 3 thick slices
Method:
Place onions at the bottom of the saucepan
● Followed by potatoes and tomatoes
● Place the cod on the top layer
● Top with sprigs of thyme
● Cover the saucepan with a lid
● Cook in medium heat for 30mins
