Yes! It's literally 1 click for me 99% of the time. Plus, I love the plugin for Photoshop so I never have to leave the program to get a perfect cutout.

when i go to open it in photoshop the image background is all black; not transparent.

this doesn't allow for RAW files. too bad back to Photoshop

Photoshop has a background removal too with just the click of one button.

Yes, you can definitely remove backgrounds in Photoshop. However, after doing this for years, Remove.bg is the best we've found. So good, we use it for all of our extractions now.
