I believe it it 2 tsp of xantham gum. Your recipe states 2 tbs. This is too much! My dough came out super sticky. I had to add a bit more almond flour. Great recipe! Loved the tortilla. Super soft and pliable made big ones to make burritos!Thank you for sharing!😊

The first one give a sticky consistency to the almond flour , psyllium husk is just fiber flour do not use too much of the first one
