Easy-As-Pie Bread Machine Pizza Dough:
1 Cup Warm Water
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/3 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Sugar
3 Cups Bread Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
Place ingredients in machine and set to the dough cycle. When machine beeps, remove dough ball.
If you want to use later, place in ziploc bag, put in refrigerator, and use within 2 days.
For use down the road, spray dough ball lightly with cooking spray or gently cover in a bit of olive oil (if desired). Then cover in plastic wrap and place in ziploc freezer bag. Stores in freezer for up to 3-4 months.
When you get ready to use you frozen dough, remove from freezer and place in fridge overnight or all day. Allow to sit at room temp about 15-30 minutes before shaping.
When ready to make pizza, preheat oven and stone or pan to 450. Remove stone/pan once heated and carefully press out pizza dough. Pierce dough several times with fork. Then place in oven to pre-bake for 5-6 minutes. Remove crust and cover with sauces and toppings. Return to oven and bake 10-15 minutes.
