Ingredients:
Bag of small potatoes
Olive oil
Garlic and herb seasoning
Pepper
Salt
Butter
How to:
First step, pour bag of potatoes in a strainer and rinse well. Then cut potatoes in half, turn, and cut into halves again. Place potatoes in a bowl, and spray generously with olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Last step add seasonings. Sprinkle with salt pepper, and garlic/herb seasoning being sure you hit all the potatoes. Mix in bowl, spray oven pan with non-stick cooking spray and spread potatoes evenly. Then place 4-5 tablespoons of butter evenly over the potatoes (just like video). Heat oven to 400 degrees and place oven pan on middle rack. This will take about 30-45 minutes depending on oven. Pro tip-when you take out potatoes be sure you poke with a fork for tenderness. Plate it up and enjoy!!🤯🤯😋😋😉😉
