Hi the other side goes to the box within your house which bell would have installed. On basis of this they have provided the modem to you. Please check all your rooms

One side goes into the "Bell Fiber" outlet and the other side goes into the modem.

just got my router and the green cable loose end has a part chipped.. is that going to be an issue?

Hi take a photo first just incase you need replacement and then try installation. Hopefully it works if not ask for a replacement

can you confirm this from bell if this modem is WiFi 6E or just regular WiFi 6

My area has dedicated line for fiber internet and i got WiFI 6E. Make sure to check with the representative on what modem you will get

Mine never goes more than 3 flashing squares on the modem ??

Not so simple, I’m going from a home hub 2000 to this 1.5g modem. I also have a different unit in my basement that you don’t cover. The included instructions are useless as it only refers to the home hub 3000 and includes a supplemental paper as something has changed
