These came out TERRIFIC! I made half the recipe and used them for black bean sliders. I let my husband taste one before hand and he nearly melted out of his seat! He wants them for the holidays this year! Thank you so much! Nothing beats brioche! ❤️
@@minhthuaothi4625 instead of adding the whole egg in the mix, I first whisked it in a small bowl and just didn’t use half of it. I used the rest for the egg needed towards the end.

gonna make these toniiiight! lol. quick question...what makes these "brioche" as opposed to calling them regular dinner rolls? Is it the additional egg yolk?
Addition of large amount of sugar and honey plus lots of butter and eggs makes it a brioche. Brioche is a "rich" bread where the term "rich" implies ingredients containing lots of carbs and fats like butter, sugar and eggs.

Are you using convection oven or otg oven? As I'm using convection oven, I don't know whether I can do all your recipes or not. I'm asking is just to ensure whether I can bake cakes and breads in convection or not. Please reply will it tastes as same as we bake it in otg oven?
Thank you for the recipe. I made it and it was like a bread and not sweet. Nex time I'll need to double the sugar, and use another type of.flour because the whole purpose is for bread and not for brioche, can anybody tell me what kind of flour to use, pleas?
