Easy Chicken Fried Rice 

Hi, Jeff! Cutting the chicken into small pieces so that they cut quickly and you have some chicken in every bite is a good idea. Same with the carrots. I have never used oyster sauce, same with toasted sesame oil. I bet the bit of smokiness is nice. I agree that you have to prep everything before making fried rice. I will have to try Jasmine rice next time. I have never added peas to fried rice, but I will have to try that. Fresh peas are hard to find, that is true. butter does make everything better! Wow, that turned out great, as do all of your other recipes. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Jeff! Good tip there on cutting the chicken into smaller pieces, I've been always lazy and left it big chunks. I definitely need to elevate enjoying my fried rice experience by pairing it with a French Rose! And also adding butter, I'm going to do that, thanks for the tip!

Preparing the egg is different from what I do, which I fried prior then just toss almost at the final. Lols! Well, this recipe varies in a lot of ways, in fact, just watched one Nigerian chicken fried rice and she has this great ingredients too! Hahaha! But for sure Jeff, I agree that use the rice steamed a day before u fry it. Jasmin is Sticky for me so I don’t use it. Hey Jeff! Yet again Jeff, an easy to follow and really fun recipe to cook! Who doesn't like Chicken Fried Rice as a bit of comfort food?? plus works great in packed lunches and goes well with any Asian dish. I like cilantro as well, I guess it's ok to add a small amount of that to the recipe, just for a bit of citrus twang for my palate?. Finding fresh peas around here is hard (has something to do with the health dept and processing idk). Anyway, interesting adding the garlic and butter towards the end. Sounds great. Enjoy.
