Easy chicken spaghetti 

Sounds tasty. You know, even putting the sauce together the day before and letting it sit in the refrigerator overnight would work. It would make for a less hectic Sunday meal prep too.

This is one of my favorite dishes to make! I think I like it better than spaghetti with marinara sauce. I make mine a little different. I don’t use any soups or Velveeta. I use 4oz of cream cheese, a cup of both cheddar and mozzarella cheese. I also add a diced onion and diced garlic.

When I make spaghetti, and since I am alone, I make a whole big box of spaghetti, and it lasted me 5-6 days, and each day it grows better, with every passing day, and none of it is wasted. I do share with my babies ( a Yorkie, and minuture dashund ), but a cut theirs up to baby bites. Your spaghetti chicken looks really delicious, and I will have to make that. Note: you can also buy Cream of chicken & mushroom soup (one can together) My Mom always cooked green beans in beef broth instead of water and added cooked bacon pieces to them. Great flavor! Morning lady! My family loves this dish only I pour sauce over spaghetti & mix then slid in oven while I do garlic bread to heat it all up. Also do reg spaghetti like that but put cheese on top & call it baked spaghetti😋God Bless your family ❤❤

This looks really good. Thank you for sharing the recipe. I have never heard of this type of spaghetti. I am very much so a left overs person. My son who's 27 will only eat certain things as left overs. I feel that most things that are put in the fridge and reheated are so much better later then they were to begin with. I can totally see where keeping yours on low all afternoon would really bring out even more flavors.

Sauces usually taste better the longer they simmer. I know folks that start their sauces early in the morning and slow simmer them all day long. It looked real good too. 💖💖💖

I put cream of celery in my chicken spaghetti also. It gives it a really good taste.

My husband's family has done chicken spaghetti for years. They use the canned cheddar cheese soup instead if velveeta. It is a little milder. They also put the spaghetti in a large baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Some put slices of American cheese on the top. I don't really care for that. Some add sliced black olives. They have done 1/2 with the olives and 1/2 without for those who don't care for olives. Some add sliced mushrooms or sauteed onions. That's the beauty of this dish is because its so easily customized. Putting it in the bake dish and baking it for a few minutes allows the flavors to cook in together. Looks yummy!❤

Some of the ingredients you use for your Sunday dinners I've never or very rarely bought: canned soup, canned beans, and Velveeta. We don't even have Rotel tomatoes here. I do buy rotisserie chicken, but don 't serve it with spaghetti. 😉 Those canned soups all contain MSG you know Kim. MSG is known to give people nasty headaches. Thank you for making sure you offered the family a green vegetable. Usually their food lacks vegetables. No, jalapeños don't count. Guess your Mom really had to stretch her budget to fill up 4 kids wgen you were young and that's why there's so much bread and biscuits and white gravies served on Morrow Hill. It looks good. If I made it for my husband, I would add some Worcestershire sauce and parsley flakes to it. When it's on a plate, he would add hot sauce to it.

It looks very tasty. I add cheese to my mixture combined with the chicken, dump it into a casserole dish, top with shredded cheddar and bake until bubbly. Hmm, i think we’ll be eating chicken spaghetti real soon.

Kim...hint for you to help with warm house. I have an older house and the ducts need some repair causing some of the AC air to escape before it gets to me. SOooo, I picked up 2 twelve inch fans and 2 six inch fans. I put them directly in front (not on top) of the floor registers...helps SO much!

Kim, that's what happened to my unit. Years ago, hunting dogs chased feral cats underneath the one section that was missing skirting. My unit would not shut off. The AC man went underneath and nailed the duct piece back. The difference has been amazing. My bill went from $400.00 plus to $100.00...sometimes less. It's only me so I seldom cook.
