Hey guys! I'm so excited to partner with SheaMoisture to bring you this beginners friendly hair routine and also 6 curly hairstyles for the holidays, and so that you can slay into the New Year! These hairstyles are great for natural hair because they are super easy, but they're also really cute and great for protecting your hair (or those lazy days where you are overdue for a wash, but don't feel like it... Some of you commenting on how much product she uses are so odd. You have no idea what her hair is like just from watching videos. She lives with her hair every day. She knows what works for her hair. She knows what is healthy for her hair. She knows what her hair needs. Just because something works for YOUR hair doesn't mean it works for HER hair. There is no "one size fits all" hair routine.

Kiesha Simma so true I totally agree with you , there are so many different types of curly hair , I know as my hair is the same but not as thick as hers , believe me the amount of oils conditioners etc etc I have to use in order for my hair to stay moist its crazy , just today I washed my hair and it took me over an hour to do my hair , natural is the best but it’s hard work 😀😅

Lol! It actually lasts a really long time for me. I’ve maybe bought only 2 bottles and I use it almost every wash day! After I apply it, I apply water to it and it helps to spread t out a bit if that makes sense. Lol

Peace here's how I use as little as possible: I wet my hair with warm-hoti-sh water (warmer temperatures makes detangling easier than cold water) I section my hair as many times as needed I apply the conditioner to the ends and detangle, working the conditioner up the section until I feel like I absolutely need more Rinse with warm or cold water, your choice

i'm surprised that the max hold gel worked so well for her. i bought it on a whim 6 months ago and it immediately curdled with my leave in on freshly washed hair. i even tried it without leave-in and it still gave me awful definition and hold. i watched some reviews on youtube afterwards, and a lot of people had the same results as me. i ended up giving it away and the person also hated the product so we through a basically full jar of product away. it baffles me how well it turned out for her!

Yeah this gel was awful - I remember it feeling really thin and drying, with no slip or hold. I returned mine the next day. These styles are cute tho. My fav is the last one
