Could you reccomend an inexpensive daily moisturizer for defined curls?

@@Jewellianna Well, I have used it before ( in rotation about all my other products, and there is alot), so I really didn't use it that frequently. My favorites where the melt into moisture mask, and the coconut stretch cream. The gel and stylers made my hair feel dry, but the b'leave in gave me great volume....but now I'm a little scared to use them, to be honest. Esp since it doesn't seem like devacurl is really addressing the issue and is pretty much dismissive to the whole thing. Some of those pics and stories are really intense, bald spots, severe hair loss, and loss of curl pattern. I really didn't hear about it until this past weekend myself, and am contemplating just throwing all the products in the trash. If they could pinpoint a specific date that the products actually starting causing all of this, or lot number batches, then I could make a more rational decision ( since most of my products were purchased in bulk, back when devacurl had their platinum box sale in 2018); however, the stories are all over the place, so???? Anyways, thank God I didn't just commit to using one hair product line, cause I would hate to have to find all new products! I have other things that work great in my hair, but it will be like throwing about $1k worth of products in the trash if I do decide to trash them. Anyways, your hair still looks amazing! @@celestialdiamond finger coils with a leave in conditioner and gel seem to be the only way I can get mine to stay curled and not frizzy or puffy.

Serenity Flores Okay I have tried doing that but the finger coils don’t come out right. It still looks frizzy and puffy

@@celestialdiamond you may have to hold them for a like a minute before you let them go. Have you tried using products that are moisturize and hydrate your hair? I like using the cantu coconut curling cream. Also look for products that say they help with frizz. It's really hard to find the right ones to work for your hair. Also coconut oil is really good too.

I would recommend a styling cream for your hair to give more definition and less frizz. If your hair is quite thick I would recommend a gel as a cream might not give it enough hold. Keep in mind some gels from a cast that can make it crunchy.xx

Its a TON of work. So don’t feel bad. Lol You can still style it and pick it so that it LOOKS thick, but without all of the extra work. 😩🤣🙌🙌
