I put 7 eggs in my rice cooker and steam them for 13 minutes. Make sure they are at least One week old. Pop each end 2 times firmly. They should peel really easy.
DT Wellness Try this ice bath method. I don’t know about whether freshness makes a difference or not, but this works fantastic with the store bought eggs. I have some chicks now, so come mid-August I’ll be enjoying fresh eggs. Have you ever stored eggs in lime water? I just read about this method of preserving fresh eggs. Also, my kombucha is consistently fizzy now! Thanks again. :)
@@DTWellness leave the fresh eggs a few days > too fresh is tough to peel! but let that skin loosen a bit and it does not affect the freshness so you'll notice! will peel way better!!
@@DTWellness just found this video. NICE! if you want more potato texture, you can cook it til par boiled soft ,but not too soft, to keep it from being too moist. Cauliflower loves water. then the usual salt pepper butter etc, and some nutritional yeast . stiffens it up in a good way.try it! I get my yeast on Amazon> you can put that in almost any dish eggs, soups, etc!!
