I have Persian thick curly hair and when I was a child, sometimes my dad housed to do my hair in the morning. I remember it wasn’t perfect all the time, but the simple fact that he tried so calmly and patiently to do my hair meant the world to me. In my 27 years of living still there could never anyone be as close and important to me as my dad. Simply daily tasks like doing your child’s hair can make such a strong bond between you. The side Bubble braid is my everyday hairstyle I swear, it's just so comfortable! - And yes, I'm someone with long hair too I think, ( a little past knee length). Another very comfortable hairstyle is to just wear your hair in a loose bun using an oversized claw clip to secure it! They are so effortless and elegant, they really spice up your look! 💕💕🌺 I love your videos Sarah!!!

The side twisted hold is my goto. I have long hair but it has so much breakage that it gets so thin at the ends. I love her hair. She just inspires me to take care of my hair. Beautiful.

My issue is not being able to work behind my own head. I can do hair on others no problem. But on myself I can't lol. That's why I end up with pigtails or side braids or just a basic ponytail or bun because I can't braid behind me without it being all awkward looking. (Side not, my hair is past my knees which makes it super difficult)

Hello! I love your videos! I have a question you might know the answer to: so basically I have waist length hair, and if I don’t brush it for longer than 6 hours it gets tangled and awfully matted. How do you keep your hair from tangling? 💛

Hi I have waist hair too Did you try getting all the tangles out then putting it in a braid or make sure your hair is hydrated try using a leave in conditioner or light weight hair oil , this works for me hope this helps you

Thank you so much. I’ve enjoyed watching your challenge with your beautiful long hair. I’ve been trying different types of hair styles myself. Lately, I’ve been putting my hair in a bun with two hair claws to keep it up, neat, and out of my face. I’ve grown my hair since 1972. In, 1980 i’ve joined the military and I kinda cut it short for boot camp necessities. In 1981, I decided to continue my long hair mission. I do trim my ends about 3” to 4” at least every other month just to keep it looking healthy. My hair is also thick, wavy, and just pass my knee. I truly enjoy your channel and thank you for sharing I’ll try that inverted ponytail with the twist. 😊

How do you deal with the weight of your hair on your head? I felt like every time i wet it, it was a nightmare to wash the inner part of the scalp and it was so heavy. Can you give advice on this? And do you have to blow dry it dry in order to deal with it after it gets wet?

Your hair is my hair goal. It’s a mixture of 3b and 3c. I’m currently stuck at tailbone lengths I just recently changed my diet (less carbs and more fat and protein from meat) my hair is starting to grow again so hopefully this gets me to knee length hair.

My hair Is 3” to 4” past my waist. I’m always looking for ideas. I want my hair to stay healthy on breakage etc I don’t have oily hair. I actually put oil in my hair because my hair is very frizzy. It’s also very thick. I noticed your hair seems to be very soft. Is there anything special that you put on your hair after you wash it? I only wash my hair once a week, sometimes twice a week depending on hair products I usually let it dry natural so I don’t use heat on it all the time but when I do, I also use a heat protectant. I want my hair to grow as long as yours is this genetic or do I stand a chance of getting it this long?

My hair is really thick and about hip bone length and it’s become so heavy to wear my hair up. But the problem is, I love wearing my hair on top of my head! So to my long haired gals, if this is your situation too, look into hair sticks! A hair stick bun on top of your head is so secure that it doesn’t pull and fall down and cause a headache like a scrunched ponytail of bun would. Or use a decorative chopstick if your fat hair breaks delicate hair sticks like mine does!

Maybe the elastic could potentially damage it? But you could get all kinds of other elastics, like scrunchies or those soft squiggly ones! Those are softer :)

Hey! This is kind of a silly idea but I thought it would be worth sharing 😅 You probably already have a whole bunch of ideas for new videos, but I was wondering if maybe you could do one for like teens?... maybe haha I just turned 14 and idk I just think it would be kind of fun to have a video that was like in general things you wish you did as a teen or maybe good habits to get into. Top tips for growing long hair: 1. Don't get it cut. Cutting it makes it shorter. If you want it to be longer, you have to let it grow. Cutting it is the opposite of letting it grow. You can cut split ends on a strand by strand basis and maintain your length, there is no need at all to get "just an inch" trimmed at all, ever. 2. Have the kind of genes that allow your hair to grow long in the first place. Some people have "bad" genes, and their hair will never grow past a certain length. If that's you, nothing you do will change that. It's in your DNA. There is no special treatment, special potion, special diet, special routine, special product... nothing. Your hair either grows long or it doesn't. Obviously things like not using heat and chemicals such as peroxide on it should go without saying, as they damage the hair and can cause breakage, but otherwise it's just whether it will grow, and leaving it to grow. You don't even need to look after it, it will still grow on its own. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying and/or trying to sell you something.

1st style - I have the same length hair but it's thicccccck and the side ponytail hurts my neck and shoulders so bad. Even when I straighten it its still too heavy. I could never do that style. But it looks good on you!!
