Prospecting some new showings and sampling multiple showings for assays some are new and some are re samples for over limits. We had removed about a dozen other samples before the start of the video and in total we got 26 samples. In the video we explain how to sample and what we use when sampling when doing prospecting and hard rock sampling by hand. Most of these outcrops are heavily Mineralized carrying good values of free gold, silver and copper.
This sampling is part of a 2018 and 2019 program we are doing so we won't have my assay results till all the samples are sent in once we do that we will update the video description with some of the results.
Hope everyone enjoys the video and stay tuned for more!
This video was made possible by our silver, gold & platinum patrons support! Thank you to the following patrons:

Last piece you showed does that have gold in it?. {12; 39 } Thanks for sharing

+Bad Santa Claus Yes that piece is from a vms deposit that contains silver, copper, lead and gold both sulphide and free mill.

is the water wet ? lmao ! , thanks for the info. Im still finding platinum deposit around here man ... 3 different spots so far .. within 2km long and a 1km wide of an area .mostly black,blue,grey igneous rock . small veins of quartz and calcite have no idea who to let know seeing as im only 22 lol . for sure a huge deposit along the northshore here in blind river ontario . nobody looks for anything , doesnt even seem to be one person nterested in prospecting or geology here . isnt platinum worth decent amount ? or gonna be in a few years .
@typicalrockhound9887

also been finding small amounts of gold that seem to be with the calcite and copper . In the contact of the platinum rich rock. been having a good time lately lol just had to keep looking

Ontario RockHound Platinum is about the same spot price as gold. If you can get some assays done and prove there's good grade maybe take some photos and see if a junior mining company is interested. Typically there's an application proscess you need to submit with a company and if it's worthwhile to them they would contact you. I don't know any companies out your way, however there are dozens upon dozens in Vancouver, BC.

911 Mining & Prospecting . Awesome :) , thanks , ill see what i can do . kinda stuck in a bad spot for my interest in career lol , closest schools are in Hillbury,Ont and closest lab to send samples is Swastika,Ont all about 600km or so , my dad works in KirklandLake,Ont . A town built on gold mining and geology , been trying to convince him to move lmao , not the person to stand behind a cash register or pump gas , need to be giviner haha , Will be heading back there during the summer tho , fingers crossed

Man , wish there was a way to send u pictures of todays discovery .. Sampled the contact rock again with the sledge , Uncovered a pink rock FULL of what looks like visible gold . Seems alot more buttery than the pyrite and chalco that is mixed throughout the other rock , And theres alot of it ..... All i can do is add it to my bedroom with everything else . Possibly crush n pan , Gonna need my own place soon LOL! . Wonder if i should contact INCO in Sudbury , Ont ? Would it be a huge process to do anything with it ? lmao . More so just wanna bring jobs to this shithole town yanno , its well needed . and like i said , nobody is interested around here and wont listen to a young feller , Your the only Canadian prospector i know on youtube to get info from .

I'm just curious....I've noticed that you do a lot of work at night. Is there a reason for that?
@911mining
@911mining 5 лет назад
Were never really out at night unless we have a deadline for an assessment report or something. We do prospect when it's dark though wintertime its dark here at 4pm so sometimes we spend a few hours in the dark. Usually its somewhere we are familiar with or easy to get to spot or we have lost track of time and are late getting back..

You sound like me in that regard. I also lose track of time when I'm working. I forgot that you're further north than I am, too.
@pleopold4010

do you have to do that much sampling as opposed to actual mining? I'm seeing mostly sampling videos. Just curious.
@911mining
@911mining 6 лет назад
We don't do much mining as an exploration company. Well only remove a ton or two if the grade is really good. A lot of the work is exploration based which involves sampling...alot.

I see that haha. I could only hope that gold was as plenteous here as it seems out there. I don't think I could pull up a chunk of moss or find gold just sitting waiting for me to pick it up out of the soil.

Your samples are absurdly small, introduces an extreme error factor. Min. Sample is 100kg
@911mining
@911mining Год назад
Maybe if your taking a bulk sample, I don't know anyone who can carry around 100kg samples. Did you know when you send in a sample no matter if it's 50g or 1000g they only analyze 30 or 50g of that sample...unless your paying 1000s of dollars per sample for them to analyze full samples a standard test analyzes 30g or 50g of each sample. You'd run out of money very quickly if you took 2000 samples a year at 100kg each.
@danhodgins4015
@danhodgins4015 Год назад
Error factor for what? Initially you are just looking for the presence of certain minerals or indicators. Samples can be any size you want, it depends what stage of exploration you are at. Initial analysis of heavy mineral concentrate can be done with a few samples panned out and examined under a lens or microscope. Only a small sample is used for assay anway.

Please use our system of measutement..the atomic bomb was never invented in the backward metric system..I have to use this system in our science research and its backwards..like Europe
