so it's ok to leave the shell on crab there. I was taught to take off along with the gills inside? does this give different flavor or more for presentation??
Why do you cover it if you want it to dry ? I dont get it ! In my neiborhood theres a Haitian restaurant they cook this every saturday but they only give you a verry small piece of lobster lol but its so good !
I'm going to make this but I won't be using frozen spinach. I'll be using fresh spinach and I will leave a little water in it. yours looked a little thick/dry. No disrespect.
