growing up, I've always been stick-skinny. then, after years of terrible eating habits, and becoming, well, not fat, but a bit chubby, and then fallin into the blackhole of anorexia... Your videos inspire me to eat healthy:) my diet was always either fast food and a bunch of fatty stuff/literally nothing, starving, water and plain salads... now I can say I have a healthy diet!! it's so good to be able to say I'm healthy :) thank you so much for doing these videos, keep being awesome!💕💕

the peanut butter balls are amazing. I don't have anything coconut so I substituted oil with 2/3 cups of water and the coconut powder with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, I also added 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and one tablespoon of hemp seeds to add more nutrition. Each ball has about 8 grams of protein!
I'm allergic to nuts, so i tested out some other types of butters, and i've found that sunflower seed butter tastes pretty good in the healthy nutella, but you need to add a little bit more of sweetener (depending on what brand you use).
YAY! Snacking is what kills my diet, but these ideas are awesome! I'm gonna have to head to the store to buy cookie ingredients. Thank you for this video! (and please, keep the snack ideas coming! LOL)
Maciej Grzegorz Oprządek I understood your comentario as you saying that something is healthy because is simply keeps you from gaining weight and doesn’t have calories. I would like to clear something up. While this is true you also have to make sure that what you are eating has a good source of protein and not too much sugar or trans fat. Sometimes this is more important than empty calorie count. Also sometimes healthy for someone is something that they would gain weight from. My point with that is that skinny does not equal healthy

Anna R I am lactose intolerant and gluten free as well and lactaid brand is my favorite! They have dairy free products as well as chewable pills that you take of you want to eat dairy. They greatly reduce the symptoms and I carry them everywhere I go... just in case there's ice cream

Went to the grocery shop and got all the ingredients for the peanut butter balls! Super easy to make can’t wait to taste them who ever is thinking about making them make sure you get rolled oats! I made the mistake of getting porridge oats 🤷🏼♀️

I’m making some healthy squares!(using your non-messy hack) the recipe I’m doing is 1 mashed banana with some healthy nut cereal and hunny!I just set them in the fridge and I’ll be back tomorrow to tell you how they taste!
Omg the last one though This was delicious after i made it omg I was eating the extra batter as they were freezing And let me tell you the peanutbutter and the maple syrup were working as best friends I didnt really add any coconut products but they were still delicious thanks for the yummy snack idea

The reason why I’m here is because since I always been stick-skinny I used to eat way too unhealthy and didn’t exercise and this caused me to gain weight... so now this caused myself an eating disorder. But so now I’m doing better by trying to eat healthier
i am planning on having a diet so ive been watching a bunch of videos and this is the best one i cant wait to start now i have started to wake up early and what i do is have a a fruit and green smoothie then make one of these recipes for lunch and another green smoothie then having lunch. thank you this makes it easier~!
Anja Brasler I can afford almond milk $1.90 where I live but not really on the almond butter. I’m a peanut butter ho and eat like a jar every month or so and don’t wanna waste my peanut butter money on almond butter if I don’t like it and get stuck with a jar of it. Bc I’m cheap and it’s usually like $1-2 more for it where I live.

A snack I made up and really enjoy is a caramel rice cake, with a thin layer of almond butter on top and then sliced bananas on top of that. It's soooo yummy!! Filling and healthy too.
As a gestational diabetic i can only eat a tiny amount of each of these but its awesome to have options. And i cant add the syrups so i will see how they all taste with less sugary flavour
