@@jotdhillon5365 🤣😂 ok buddy, by the way i was saying in terms of weightloss(body recomp)..and in case of calorie surplus ( i would never use these supplements when i have the chance to fulfill my protein from wholesome food) I was saying every veg weightloss diet which states high protein always contain 50gm of protein from powders

My Simple oatmeal breakfast= 500ml milk + 30gm peanut butter + Oats 70 gm + jaggery powder 15-20gm. Calories 815-820 protein =31-32 😄🤟

You can use black Chana and soya chunks. But don't use soya chunks too much. Add bananas if u can. I m using all these things and gaining muscle mass, however speed is slow.

The problem is that in vegetarian food the percentage of protein is at Max around 20%. Therefore while you eat 200gm of vegetarian protein you are consuming about 800 more grams of carbohydrates + fats!

@@kunalkajaniya5812 more carbs intake will not help in weight loss, instead there are high chances you would develop fat and not build muscle mass soon. Non-vegetarian form of protein is most preferred because of its macro ratio. Or else people can opt for vegan whey

Exactly, the challenge is not getting enough protein with veg diet, but high protein with low CARBS, and most of us must admit that in todays time, losing fat is major concern for people, especially Indians, and thats because of Indian diet disporportionately high in carbs.....

If you include hemp seeds and tempeh they will also provide complete source of protein 100gm hemp seeds contain 32gm protein and 100gm tempeh contain 20gm protein

Being born in a typical family I was not allowed to consume meat and eventually I lost the interest in Non-vegeteism, then I hit the gym and got pressured eventually to consume meat in order to build a physique but I felt a bit dirty to consume meat(no offence to my meat eater brothers) but then I got your video and Ram! Try to eat 250gm of horsegram ,, it gives u 55gm of protein,, which is the sum of 6 eggs , as 1egg contains 8to9 gm protein

Very good meal plan for vegetarian person. As for using protein powder it's not a problem. Folks is getting it wrong about protein powder use. Sure its much better to get protein from just food however your 'supplementing' your diet and as said 50g protein come from powder the rest from food! Also whey protein is very high in protein with not much calories, typically 1 scoop or say 30g is 25g protein and around 100 calories..

Hey Shoaib I just have a video request. I find it really hard to gain weight. I literally eat as much as I can and work out hard but still I am not able to build muscle anymore or gain weight in muscular form. Now I know weight requires caloric surplus but it is becoming really difficult for me to eat so much food. I sometimes also feel nauseated after eating certain kind of foods. With all this I find it hard to gain weight. Sometimes I am even confused abt what to eat and what not to. Sure your videos does help me but somehow I have habit of overthinking negatively. Due to this stress gets created and I am not able to build muscle/gain weight. So can you please include some more high calorie recipes 🙏. Healthy calories. I know you have done a lot earlier but still consider this request.

Hey I also have the same prb. ..so I introduced everything like high calorie low quantity meals (veg) slowly..like started with the lesser quantity and if I wasn't able to finish that I used to take 15min brk and completed the meals..and doing exercises and set yoga asanas of abdomen and digestion 30min early mrng. And while doing this I made sure that I'm progressively overloading in workouts and in calorie surplus.After following this kinda routine for a month my body just adapted ..digestion got better and now I can eat my meals(surplus only) with ease.Hope this helps do try it out..all the best 👍

I have same problem. Some solutions I am trying :- 1. Eat as early possible as I wake up 2. Keep a good 3-4 hours gap in meals 3. Make a gainer shake (milk + peanut butter+ whey + bananas + honey) should easily be 500-600+ calories. Drinking calories is easier than eating the same amount. 4. Eat everything you feel like but in moderation (a very little overeating or so called crash diet is fine for hard gainers/skinny skinny fats like us) 5. Don't think about results at all just keep going even 0.1% progress every day counts
