You can absolutely use collagen powder! Just know that collagen powder does not have a complete amnio acid profile so it's not a complete protein source. But if that's what works best for your body, DO IT!!! And I'm sure it will taste fantastic!!!

I haven’t reheated them. I just pull them out of the freezer and put them in the fridge! I took them with me traveling and they did get a little crumbly but they were in a bag getting bumped all around. Usually I store them in a container and they stay solid! I think if you want to eat it hot you could pop it in the microwave for a few seconds! Let me know how it goes!
Can almond flour be substituted for the oats? Waiting on my bananas to ripen! I have to be careful with dairy also. It makes me inflamed if I eat too much.
You can always try almond flour but it will completely change the recipe as it's baked oats and almond flour acts differently than oats. Also the macros will be different as well. You definitely don't need to use dairy I don't! I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk but you can use any unsweetened milk alternative of your choice!!

If you use ripe bananas it's true you can't taste them. But you can substitute the bananas for 1-1/2 cup applesauce! If you try it let me know what you think!
