You don't have to use almond milk, just what my family uses. Keep in mind if you use a heavy cream it will be best to water it down a bit so it's the same consistency. For that matter you could probably use water, I just haven't tried that.
I include the macros in the video so people can make them or not make them. I make them and love them. 230 calories, 19 grams of fat, 13 grams of protein and 2 net carbs each. It's a choice that you can choose not to use.
@@SweetSassyBull Ketogenesis is a metabolic process that generates ketone bodies, offering the body an alternative energy source. Essentially, recipes labeled as "Keto" are typically lower in net carbohydrates and made with ingredients that have less sugar. However, it's important to note that foods themselves aren't inherently "keto." You still need to monitor your overall food intake, as everyone's body responds differently. Some people can maintain ketosis while consuming more carbs, while others may need to focus primarily on meat and fat to stay in ketosis. All I do is give you options :)
@@sugarfreekichenrecipesHi 👋, many thanks for your response. I was asking @majanovak7700 why they didn't see it as keto as I couldn't see anything obvious. I then looked at other sites and there were many recipes that were more or less the same as yours and were described as keto. I hope you get some nice comments 👍.
