Hey Mel , you want to try keto meringue in the microwave, I am going to give it a go! I will do a test the recipe normally calls for 50g egg whites and 150 g of sugar so I will try the substitute sugar and 10g egg whites and 30 substitute .
@@CookwithMel1 I tried the allulose today and it didn't work! !t was more like a taffy, I ate it but noticed it went hard on the spatula. Now I wish I hadn't eaten it! LOL. I don't recommend putting it on paper towel either! I experimented on normal sugar too but didn't get the results I am looking for

It seems I've made a very small amount of flour (not that it was your recipe or fault, no) but for six chicken breast at 12 Canadian dollars 😮I've got only a few cups of flour. I just got back on meat heavy keto but something not right withy energy levels whether on or off keto and it hasn't brought me amazing energy like it did before and yesterday I sat down on the steps to put my shoes on to go in the river for a wim hof and ripped my shorts only to find I didn't have anymore that fit. 😢 So at present it seems keto isn't working either hence I want super low carb recipes (but can't afford all the delicious rib eyes carnivores eat. Oh Aidan I will always have time for you. We have been friends for a while now. Actually all the latest videos are made with the new clean keto flour which has chicken flour in it. I found that 2.5kg kg of chicken breat produces at least 500g of chicken flour for me. I would say get a check up at the doctors to make sure everything's okay and if so...keep going with keto and make it your lifestyle.
