I bought a few small bags of coconut flour and one of almond flour awhile ago, hoping to find a good recipe for cupcakes. This looks very good and will try it. Just yesterday I read the label on a keto cake mix and discovered the main ingredients were already in my pantry. All I need is Greek yogurt from Aldi. Check out their bakery aisle for sugar subs and almond flour.
This cake is out of this world... Omg...such a delicious, simple, fabulous recipe. I made it just like the video(mix of almond & coconut flour) & it came out amazing. Its super yummy. Its so good with coffee or tea . My husband said it will be awesome with vanilla ice cream 😂 Thank u Elsie..❤❤❤❤❤

@christinerudalf1352 As this is a low carb/keto channel, I am using keto friendly sweetener such as monk fruit. Sometimes, I use Allulose for no-bake recipes or recipes that require chilling. For this recipe, the amount of monk fruit is already stated. These keto friendly sweeteners are natural and contain zero carb. They are diabetic friendly. If you are using regular sugar, then the amount will be different as the sweetness level is different for keto friendly sweeteners.
Sorry I don't think it will work. I have tried flax eggs with many cake recipes but it just could not work. The only one that worked was my keto carrot cake with sunflower seeds
