Right off the bat you told us what size allen wrench we'd need to work with this unit. THANK YOU! Too many times, people leave out the most basic/important information.

Thanks Master of None for sharing. With your explanation it´s easy to fix that kind of problems. It´s cheap and sustainable. We need to reduce the he replacement of equipment that doesn't work, with NEW ONES. People like you are very important. Happy that the USA is back to the Paris Agreement.

Thank-You Eddie, I was about to either buy a replacement faucet and then hire someone to install it or hire someone to fix it. After watching your video I did your recommended diagnostic and part in hand went to Home Depot who actually had the part. Fixed faucet in less than 20 minutes for less than $20.00. Thanks again.

4:47 A tip for removing the threaded component (the cam). If you look closely you will see indentations along the threaded periphery of the cam. One of those indentations is visible in 4:47 in this video. Those indentations are where you place the jaws of your pliers to loosen the cam. Hold the jaws of the plier *perpendicular* to the cam (i.e. so the plier is "standing up" instead of lying flat as show in the video) and place the tip of the jaw into the indentations and then twist. Sooo much easier. . . .

I have the exact same faucet and it was leaking heavily. After watching your video, I determine the issue was the cartage wasn't held firmly in place since the screw holding them together that you recommend we 'torque a lot' I was able to loosen by hand. Thanks a bunch for posting this. You saved me a good bit of money.

I was experiencing low flow out of this (apparently identical?) Glacier Bay "Market" faucet. Today I just extracted and realigned the cartridge, and rather than fixing it found that flow had been reduced to a drip! I was freaking out, but turned out to not be the cartridge's problem. In your video, at 7m10s, you showed me exactly what my problem was: a clogged filter right before the "shower head" of this faucet. Cleaned it and water is flowing again. I will still need to disconnect the soft hose from the underside of the main assembly, and flush any other debris within it. At least the faucet is usable at the moment. Thank you VERY MUCH for making this video!!!

Worked! I had a leaky faucet on the top - drip and drip. And on the bottom - dripping underneath the sink. I replaced the cartilage! And bought the part to Home Depot. I Perfect the part is a Moen the inner white/blue part. It’s also labeled kerox on the white/blue part.

The only part I needed you to explain is the mesh filter at the bottom of the faucet head,( you only took apart the top ...where the water comes out) I need to know how to get at the other filter that is at the the end of the head that connects to the small black hose. The part looks like it might unscrew like every thing else, but it's just plastic and I'm worried I will crack it.

I have the same unit (actually #67778) and there appears to be a leak inside the body. Water is running out the bottom of the unit (where the hoses come out of the body, under the sink). The hose connections under the sink are fine. It leaks even if I turn hot OR cold off at the source. This is very odd.

Here is how. Get a flat screw driver and pop the bottom part of the selector button up. Then you can pull the top part away from it . It comes right off. Small Philips screw holds the area around the button. Remove that , You will have 4 more screws holding the valve assembly. If you can't get it out, let me know I can put a video on my instagram to show hot to do it.
