Easy Lamb Meatballs stuffed with Feta Cheese | Homemade Tzatziki Sauce recipe included 

Tasty Appetizer Recipe for your next Cocktail Party! These Greek style meatballs can be made with any type of ground meat, if lamb is not your thing!
Ingredients:
Makes 8 Meatballs
1 Medium Onion (about 100g)
1 tsp Garlic Finely Minced or Grated
1 tsp Olive oil
Pinch of Salt
½ lb Ground Lamb
3 TBSP Plain Breadcrumbs
1 Large Egg
2 TBSP Greek Yogurt (or Sour Cream)
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
2 oz Feta Cheese
Oil for Frying (Enough to thinly coat the pan)
*Tzatziki Sauce*
½ Large Cucumber Grated (Enough to make ½ cup grated)
2 TBSP Fresh Dill Finely Chopped
⅓ Cup Greek Yogurt
½ tsp Lemon Zest
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
½ tsp Garlic Grated
A Few Pinches of Salt and Black Pepper (Do not overdo it!)
