Hey guys today I'm making Lasagna roll ups, How to make lasagna roll ups the easy way at home with ricotta cheese, or with cottage cheese, with ground beef. It's all up to you! Hope you all enjoy
Ingredients
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups of marinara sauce,
2 cups of mozzarella cheese 1
egg
1/2 a cup of diced onion
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/2 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 pound of 85% lean
Have a cup grated Parmesan cheese

Just made this. Used cream cheese instead of ricotta about 3/4th of the package. Made my normal sauce I always add mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, garlic,onions, celery, cayene, red pepper flakes and brown sugar and everything you added except the bouillon. I also added spinach to the roll ups. I only use ground turkey 93% lean for spaghetti now. It was fabulous. My husband said the best yet. I don't like ricotta or cottage cheese. I usually exclude that element all together. However a bechamel does work with a normal lasagna to hold it together. Cream cheese was a great substitute. Thank you so much. 💓 ❤❤❤

I love your recipe, I noticed when you said u don't add the oil to the noodles because it makes your sauce not stick to pasta, it's not the oil that is doing it, it's the fact u rinsing your pasta after cooking, that causes the sauce not to stick to pasta.
