@@DrRoweI am new to your channel. Your leg strengthening exercises will help me stay on track after working at home with a PT. I don’t want to loose what I have worked hard to build with home PT. Thanks for a good workout and great explanations.
These are the best Leg/feet exercises I have ever done since my nerve damage in the feet. I have been doing your exercises since yesterday and I'm feeling amazing! I'm no longer feeling needles and tingling in my feet. I will continue exercising with you so that even the tightness in my feet can also go! OMG what took me so long to find your channel? May God bless you! You are amazing ❤
I have the same problem that you had. I'm so happy to read that these helped you. I'm starting them today and I'm excited for the results after reading your post. I hope they work as well for me.
I have Problem with my balance. Although I can walk briskly for 1 hour But if I am doing just little steps around my home or garden. I feel as though I am going to fall or trip up !, Thank you enjoyed video Regards
I highly respect you, Dr. Rowe. The way you teach is very clear and effective. I try not to miss any of your videos. And I share them with my sisters and friends. God bless you. Thank God to have you on this planet.
Last evening, we, a bunch of Old guys get together, all we talked about was, some friends fell off in Bathroom or stumbled on stairs. This video sure is Great, I will share it with all my OLD friends. And, Thanks!
Found your video it is the best video for seniors I have found anywhere and with your help I found out my legs were very weak and now I can walk again Thank you so much
I'm new to your blog. I have been doing sitting exercises for since October of last, and now. I'm waiting to have surgery done on my right knee, come spring. I have bone on bone. from a winter storm accident in 2021, and I was going to a Therapy clinic back in 2019, for a hip injury at my job. I am a retired day care teacher. ❤and I took my doctor's advice to keep well and until then. I have to get a knee replacement either February or March. I just saw your exercises and some I did for my Therapist for my hip injury. . thank you . 😊
Thank you very much Doc. I'm 81 yrs old and this exercise can help me to move freely and to balance myself and still enjoy my life. Thanks Doc, thank you very much. God bless you
I had such bad seat belt injuries (it saved my life twice!) so that I lost the use of my L arm. Thoracic outlet surgery removed my 1st left rib, and lots of good therapy restored my arm and hand ~90%; but add a total pelvic reconstruction, and I have a really hard time doing Bridges at all. I am pain free most days, Thank God! I like your variations of strengthening exercises for the body-- Keeping me strong at 69! Thank you so much!
Thanks for upload! I Have commented before on other videos. You really helped nerve pain I had in my neck back and arm. I broke my hip falling off of a roof over 2 years ago. These types of exercises keep my strength and movement up so I can feel "normal." Believe it or not this is like getting a whole new workout video for me😂👍 Just wanted to say a lot of people really appreciate you! We all wish you the best life man💯
Excellent Simple easy to follow exercises. I was doing this hip raising as part of physiotherapy long back after surgery. Somehow missed to follow. Tnx a lot for the reminder. Well-done. U r doing a great job
This is the kind of exercise that I need because of the constant inflammation and pain from lupus, hypothyroidism and fibromyalgia. I'm trying to build my balance back up because sometimes I just fall. Lol. Literally just fall sometimes.
This is the video I've been searching for for 2 years. Every exercise is exactly what I need. Especially the squat without leaning forward since I have lower disc trouble. Thank you immensely.
Thank you from Taiwan. I had spinal fusion on a 3rd disc in January. The surgery was successful but I never received any physical therapy. I felt my legs becoming weaker and weaker. These exercises are very doable without causing pain to my spine. This is a great place to start to get back to where I was before the surgery. Again, thank you.
I really don't have the words to express how thankful I am. It is like you designed this especially for me. God bless you for all you are giving to us. Your place in heaven is safe as it can be.
On my back I feel this in my back muscles and not so much in my glutes and hamstring. And I find the warm up quite challenging and the final activity easier! Bit of a surprise!
So glad I found this!!! I’m 66 & have sat around since COVID lock down & have become so weak. But I’m going to do these exercises ever-day I can. U r a blessing! Going to watch some of ur other videos. U probably do nt have any idea how helpful I are!👍👍💪💪 feeling very confident I can actually do this! THANK U🥰
You need to buy some dumbbells like some 10lbs and workout with those. If you want to stay Mobile you'll need em. Also if your not so the next day after your first few workouts you didn't work out hard enough..good luck
Good day I love to much to watch to your teaching and this is the first time I watch hope I jwill watch again to your more videos and thanks a lot more power
These exercises are just what i have been looking for. I fractured my spine last year and had an operation this April/May and i have had to wear a brace since. I saw the consultant yesterday and he said get rid of the brace and do some back and leg exercises to increase the strength in my leg as i have constant nerve pain in my leg when i walk and i don't walk straight. He also said as my spine is slightly curved so I must sort out my leg strength then the muscles will become stronger for me to walk not lop-sided and push my spine back into place where it should be. So a big thank you for sharing 😊
Hi Dr. Rowe. I am a 78 year old male, and I have trouble with my balance, so I was really pleased about finding this video. My question is - Should I do these exercises daily, or every other day?
These were absolutely wonderful thank you, the only thing I wish would have been at the end are the applicable stretching exercises because my hips and hip flexors get so tight
I am 64. I have type2 diabetes and had a heart attack 2 1/2 years ago. Also, after that I had a serious drop in my iron. Tippy, dizzy, exhausted, falling are just a few of the effects from that. (I've had 2 iron infusions since, and am waiting for my 3rd in a few weeks) I haven't known how many things are caused by the heart attack, and how many from the low iron. It's been a difficult few years. So, I have basically spent most of my time in bed.. from the exhaustion and the dizzy/falling. Even in the grocery store a few times! So lately I've been noticing the hip and thigh muscles have melted away. Scary! So, I am starting to work with this video. However, I can't even get passed the first three stretch exercises sometimes. After writing this big long story, my question is: I stop then and try to do more later. Is it all right to move onto the next set of exercises.. or do I go back to those first three stretches? I hope to hear from you. I am so enjoying your exercises and your calm and thorough way of teaching them. Thank you.,
