The beansprouts was added earlier will be cooked ,won't be crunchy as those added much later, same for the minced pork added later won't give out the taste and flavor.just my opinion.thks.

Hi Ikchin32, It's chye poh. You can use any pickled vegetable that is slight salty and sour. Thank you.
