OMG Somjit - you did it again! I tried this recipe 20 minutes ago and it is simply delicious. I did burn my "loh see'fun" a little bit, but just a little. Nonetheless, it still tasted awesome. I highly recommend this dish. Just make sure you don't overdo that 8 minutes of cooking time with too high heat! Awesome dish, Somjit, thanks for sharing!

Hi Kuchinta Lover, thank you for the comment 😀 I would suggest to use rice noodles like kuey teow, glass noodles, etc. However, if using other types of noodles, I would suggest omitting the water as only Loh See Fun needs more liquid than other noodles. Hope it helps 😀

Hello, i’m just wondering. Is Loh see fun noodle actually a laksa noodle? also I watched your previous video making dry wonton mee, for the thick sauce soy, is it preferable to use the sweet one or the salty. Thank you

Hi Qistina Balqis Razali, thank you for the comment 😀 They are not the same noodles; although from my quick research, they are made from the same main ingredient - rice flour. Loh See Fun noodles are also known as Rice Pin noodles, they are short and resembles rounded cones. They absorb gravy very well, and are very, very smooth to consume. For the thick soy sauce, firstly, thank you for trying the recipe 😀 I've used the salty type. This is what it looks like: hcws.link/tss Happy cooking 😀
